War on Drugs (failure) News (below)

"The solution to all our problems, deficit, terrorism and all really is ending the war on drugs, it's all you have to think about. End the War on Drugs. Legalize Marijuana, well all drugs to legalize competition which lowers the price for everyone making everyone richer. You can't produce or have a universal healthcare or free healthcare program for humanity with Prohibition at the same time, it's impossible. It's like trying to put fire out with gasoline."

(I'm aiming at making this easier and easier for myself, less posting, etc. so trying to stay focused on failed war on drugs (legal drugs are worse, legal all, the competition) and the central banking system, bankers/drug lords. Lord of the Bible is not always Jesus)

The Bankers through our Government brings the drugs in and sells it to your kids on one hand while the law enforcement, DEA, busts people other the other hand. One huge failure for the people, a waste of our tax paying money and nothing but profits for the Federal Corporation, the bankers. How else do they fund themselves? Drugs and taxation are their only products. It is the vehicle to destroying humanity and creating an empire for the emperor (same with Egypt, Rome, Britain and now America post 1913 and that is why Jesus stormed the temple frustrated with money changers turning his fathers house into a market, dictating what resources we can use and not - John 2:13-16). Even if the government didn't actually bring the drugs in, it's still a waste of tax paying money on all of us chasing those who do, regardless of the law. Legalize it and tax the user for all of us. Flip the scenario so it's working for us, not against us.

The War on Drugs is a Tax on the Tax Payers (YOU) and not a Tax on the Drug users, if it was legal. Do you understand that? Do you understand that by you trying to keep people from drugs, like your kids, via illegalization is actually dong the opposite? When if legal, the user would have to have it prescibed by a doctor, bought in a pharmacy and taxed? Yes, prescribed, don't believe the CON men who claim Ron Paul wants to get your kids high off heroin, afterall, Ron Paul was a doctor. I want adults to get all of their drugs prescribed and out of the pharmacy (and not on the streets). Is that so bad? Or do you like the status quo of our problems being worse and your kids getting a hold of them on the street or the black market from the government/bankers? Do you understand that making any drug illegal raises the price of legal and illegal drugs? Do you realize that if you support the status quo of this war on drugs, that all of you are hurting yourselves right? Do you realize that before America lost it's Freedom & Independence in 1913 that all Drugs use to be legal and crime and every other issue we face was significantly reduced?

“If the people ever let government (Big Pharma & the banking cartel, the real drug lords who profit off it's illegalization) decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny.” – Thomas Jefferson, founding father of America.

War on Drugs is a War on your Health & your ability to take care of yourself. Both "drugs" and "food" is medicine. Legalize and tax it all instead of wasting money into debt or slavery. You prohibit a healthier drug (marijuana) than sugar! And the mindset of Americans anytime they hear something as being somewhat bad or unhealthy for you is "ban those twinkies" , when instead it should be the opposite, no legalize the marijuana and thanks for the education that junk food isn't all that healthy. I kind of figured that but it's still fun to "live a little". (more analysis below the news)

Prohibition never works!

Obama admits the War on Drugs is a Failure - If so, then why don't you get the Feds off the backs of the States?

CNN: The marijuana debate, a judge's plea (Legalize it! It already is under the 9thAmendment but the FEDs won’t stay off our back! All drugs use to be legal in America prior to 1913 and the Federal Reserve Act.) - 5.17.2012

MSNBC: Green Rush: Medical marijuana becomes criminal cash crop (A Federal Crime? The Feds themselves are criminal. Anything Federal is Unconstitutional. Marijuana is legal under the 9th Amendment regardless of the 10th Amendment. How dare anybody want to consume a plant, nature or God in order to feel better? Nobody will want you to stop the supply on a drug or herb that is healthier than sugar. Maybe for heroin or coke, which again is why you should legalize it and regulate it because the kids you talk about get it much easier off the illegal black market than if legal and regulated. The Feds are eating up California’s taxpaying making things worse, not better.) - 5.17.2012

MSNBC: Report: Marijuana use grows, cocaine falls among men arrested in 10 US cities (Makes sense, I would think the numbers of marijuana use would do nothing but go up since it’s actually a health item.) - 5.17.2012

When will humanity wake up and smell the coffee? That means face reality lol – meaning you make things worse wasting tax paying money to ban or prohibit this now instead of legalizing the real deal earning money & allowing humanity to make their own stupid decisions done regardless.) - 5.4.2012

CBS: Drinking hand sanitizer sends Calif. teens to hospital drunk, doctors warn (How about legalizing a safe alternative such as Marijuana?) - 4.24.2012

CNN: Speed, Ecstasy tied to teen depression - Notably, the authors did not specifically ask the kids about prescription stimulants such as Adderall (also known as amphetamine salts) or Ritalin, both of which are prescribed for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and can have amphetamine-like effects when taken in high doses or otherwise misused. Studies have shown that children with ADHD are more prone to depression. When the tenth graders were interviewed again in the eleventh grade, 15% reported symptoms of depression, such as feelings of hopelessness and sadness, loss of appetite, and trouble concentrating (all which marijuana can treat). The fact that using both MDMA and amphetamine increased depression risk more than using either drug alone suggests that the two drugs may interact in harmful ways, the authors note. Although the authors did their best to control for the use of other drugs (including alcohol and marijuana), they can't completely rule out the possibility that such drugs are contributing to the association, Fallu says. – 4.19.2012

Mercola: Best-Selling Drug Attacks Your Heart, Brain and Bones  (anti-depressants. Meanwhile, research has shown there ARE effective treatments for depression (like Marijuana). The problem is, they're not drugs, so there's no way to make a profit on them. – yeah you can’t patent plants or the food we eat. Your diet and general lifestyle are clearly parts of the "root" that must be healed if you want to resolve your mental health issues, because your body and mind are closely interrelated. Depression is indeed a very serious condition; however it is not a "disease.") – 4.19.2012

This way they made money and were able to use this as a grab of power, by passing laws to take away from the rights of the people. Standard political move. If you make more laws, you waste more money or the bankers make more money off us, hurting us.)

CBS: Legal pot presents questions about drugged driving (Angeline Chilton says she can't drive unless she smokes pot. – Yeah I can understand because marijuana doesn’t impair you like alcohol does to hurt your driving abilities. In fact, I drive better high of pot than without; it gives you “patience” or curbing your anxiety. Anybody who is too stoned to drive doesn’t even feel like driving, you just don’t and if so, you are still able to concentrate or focus when driving because your awareness isn’t impaired like alcohol, your awareness is HIGHTENED, that’s why some people get paranoid when high. They are viewing their awareness as paranoia and most feel it's paranoid since for years and most people they are doing something illegal. “Marijuana causes dizziness, slowed reaction time and drivers are more likely to drift and swerve while they're high.” – No that is what happens when you are drunk, not high. Again, being high is more like having a sugar high than being drunk. However, instead of bouncing off walls via ADHD, you are really relaxed! Just so much lies in this article because the risks of crashes are not doubled, they are reduced. How do we know the drug use via 18 percent is marijuana? Alcohol is a drug. I’ll just say that whenever I’m high driving, I’m frustrated with the wreck less impatient drivers and I just pull over and let them go by because I’m tired of people riding my fucking ass! Many teens start by using prescription pain killers such as Percocet, often legitimately after a sports injury or surgery. This leads to prescription drug abuse, and heroin is often the next step. – Sounds like its prescription pain killers and not marijuana! Contrary to what Tony Bennett and other legalizers would like to think, legalization does not prevent the abuse and misuse of drugs. In fact, it accelerates it.” – for law abiding citizens. For others deemed criminal, that has gone up because we are WISE to consume something health such as marijuana, again – zero deaths! What are they going to do, ban more now? Soon you won’t have anything to help you! Perhaps a major reason why people try prescription drugs and "hard" drugs is because in their drug education classes they were told how "dangerous" marijuana was and though a "prescription" would be safer. And what about the thousands of people who have died at the hands of the Mexican cartels due to the prohibition of drugs? Just like "the mob" grew rich and powerful during the prohibition of alcohol, so too are dangerous cartels like the Zetas growing rich and powerful off the profits from the international cocaine, heroin, and marijuana trade.)

Natural News: Big Pharma's Murder of Celebrity Timeline  (The recent death of Whitney Houston adds yet another tragic chapter to the scourge of FDA-approved prescription drugs in America. As you'll see in today's timeline article, these dangerous addictive drugs have killed a long list of beloved artists and singers who never should have died so young: Heath Ledger, Elvis, Amy Winehouse, Whitney Houston, etc. - That's an American Holocaust, this is just the celebrities alone, imagine everyone else (who do matter "One dies, million cry vs Million die, no one cries?), the middle class, who support these celebrities and made them stars. )

Note: I know people to have died from all kinds of drugs, prescription, over the counter, in your food and water and even illegal drugs You guys realize most of our problems is all from man meddling with nature? Not consuming stuff in it's natural form but more after man "touches it"? Of all the illicit drugs with drawls will not kill you but the legal ones sure will. Opium in it's "natural" latex has extra chemicals that prevent overdose, and the anxiety associated with opiate use. Cocaine comes from coca leaves if we'd just chew them we'd be all right. The same goes for tobacco in it's natural unadulterated form it isn't half as bad. If we'd just use them in their natural form we'd be all right. It's about man taking nature and screwing it up so that it IS lethal. Cannabis or marijuana is natures best, never touched by man and impossible to OD or die.
We have made illegal drugs illegal because big pharma cannot patent natural drugs or nature. Well we don't make FOOD illegal like the tomato plant, folks wake up! The patent system with FDA approval is a joke and unconstitutional and is designed for only profits and not for your health!

Alex Jones Radio: Establishment Media Hides Fact That Big Pharma Killed Whitney Houston (I agree with him, both sides of the story is true in regards to marijuana, it's all on the individual and your personality and who you already are. It affects people differently. For some is like caffeine (without the negatives), it gives us energy and we work out like crazy or become a heck of lot more productive and for those people it brings zero negatives, for others it zaps their energy and they get lazy. But it's not harmful to your health; you cannot OD on it and die or get severely sick. This is a great video on all drugs, legal or not, alcohol, prohibition which doesn't work on anything. As bad as some drugs are, we need to legalize them all with proper education; it's the only way to significantly reduce our issues / problems. Don't let bad news be used as fear mongering or problem reaction solution to ban more stuff enhancing prohibition and shutting down competition. That will create more terrorism, more taxation, more loss of jobs, poorer economy, everything bad! Prohibition doesn't work. Don't let the mainstream media dictate the opposite always for our enslavement, making more things illegal, banning more things, when the answer is to not continue shutting down competition. Liberty is the answer, not New World Order or Police State)

Yahoo: Whitney Houston Died of Prescription Drug, Alcohol Combination, TMZ Reports  (Prescription drugs, (xanax and others) mixed with alcohol and not one death due to marijuana! Pill poppin drug pushers are doctors. Drug dealers, worse than those on the street on the black market. You are all sick! And don't tell me I need to be put on these drugs or "medicine"! And as far as I'm concern, this is MURDER. When doctors or people KNOW THE TRUTH, know something like this can happen (which does all the time, alcohol or not, people die from taking their prescriptions) and we refuse to legalize a healthy alternative like marijuana for people to freely decide? That's murder! You are ACCESSORIZING to murder. Some people say no on Whitney to alcohol since it wasn't in the room, however most people don't and drink at the bar or whatever, how about, what was her BAC? There is always more to the story, do the investigating. I'm sure the media will distract you more as we continue to up War with Iran. More sanctions, Iran's about to close that Straight of Hormuz! Iran's President is also a puppet!)

Reuters: Eighty arrested in drug bust called biggest ever in Colorados  (There is no war on drugs. The government is making a bundle on drugs being illegal. If they could make money off of it if it was legal then they would legalize it. (which we can via the 10th Amendment, State Level, but we let the Federal Corporation be above the States) I don't do drugs and I have commented on the fact that if a lot of these drugs were legalized, then they could be taxed and monitored and it would take the power out of the drug dealers on the streets. The federal corporation doesn't want it legalized because they make more money with it being illegal. Do you ever wonder what happens to the drugs after they pull off one of these so called seizures? Yeah, most of the time it goes back to the criminals themselves who control our government for their party time! And btw, it’s not the government making money, but the Federal Reserve corporation. The LOCAL state government could be making money if legal off Sales taxes.)

Live on reality TV? Watch Doug Benson in Super High Me! I’m telling you, my performance goes UP, not down. To me, this is more lies. Either way, you can detect marijuana like alcohol, it’s better than driving drunk and it should be legal and regulated like alcohol, meaning I should be able to smoke in my own home. “The report concluded that driving high may be riskier than driving sober, but it's much safer than driving drunk, according to HealthDay.” & "Unlike subjects impaired by alcohol, individuals under the influence of cannabis tend to be aware of their impairment and try to compensate for it accordingly, either by driving more cautiously or by expressing an unwillingness to drive altogether," wrote the report's author, Paul Armentano, deputy director of NORML.” - exactly)

You see how laws can be twisted to work against you if don't know your rights? If you don't have checks and balances? How corruption can set in? You need probable cause and a search warrant before you can search someone. Is it really worth wasting tax paying money to confiscate a substance healthier than sugar? Legalize them all like it use to be in America and these problems go away. Do it for the health care system, legalize competition. But they won't, the only way they will succeed with stopping people from doing drugs, including medical marijuana is massive terrorism, crashing the dollar and forcing everyone onto the RFID - one world currency - cashless society so you people better wake up for your health or there will be a massive 90% in world population reduction. Hugo Chavez & Officials Caught in Huge Drug Money Scandal

The biggest issue America faces and what empowers the bankers, is the war on drugs failure which needs to be ended and at least marijuana legalized.

The Killing Method –Yep, they will make us believe the Fed will be gone by just changing the name.

Former president of Mexico calls on U.S. to legalize drugs - “Prohibitions don’t work, and the last remaining frontier of prohibition is drug, and we should questions ourselves why drugs,” Fox said. “This war on drugs is totally lost,” said Fox, the former president, during an interview at his sprawling ranch, where he built the first presidential library in Mexico.

Alex Jones Radio: The Psychiatric Drugging of U.S. Soldiers – only benefits the bankers and the police and a huge waste of our taxpaying money resulting in a higher cost of living (healthcare, etc.). More people are addicted and have issues with prescription drugs than the recreational street drugs like marijuana, a substance healthier than sugar or nearly EVERYTHING legal.

War on Drugs “Transferred” to Private Mercenaries Including Blackwater - Since the drug war has become so unpopular with the electorate, instead of politicians actually changing the drug laws, the Department of Defense seeks to reduce and conceal the real costs by transferring the “dirty work” to private contractors to do what “U.S. military forces are not allowed or not encouraged to do.”
Indiana Sheriff Stands Up to FDA in Raw Milk Case - (FDA are terrorists, Kudo's to Brad! "Get a Warrant." Inspection without a signed warrant can result in arrest on tresspassing charges.)Radio: Everyone is the Enemy. How Prohibition is bad especially Alcohol. The Untouchables were the ATF. The Capone’s, Kennedy’s, Rockefeller’s, yeah welcome to the MAFIA. I mean who do you think "launders" the money all the time? End Prohibition on ALL DRUGS! Restore the Republic.

Analysis (other information)

"I am God" people often say? - No you are a creation of God, a creature.

People for the war or illegalization of it may often say "I've seen how bad drugs are and think they should be illegal to keep away from my kids?" Okay so translation, you want to make it more available to your kids on a black market thinking the state can discipline everyone and you can't? You don't care to discipline your own child or yourself, so you want government to do that for you with my tax paying money? Ultimately, no matter how much control or security you think we should have, It's YOU that allows your child to watch TV, use the internet, go to a public school to hear about criminal activity or to be taken care of by criminals themselves, it's YOU that ultimately raise your child, regardless if the state has them the majority of the time. It starts with Education and your education isn't worth a damn thing if you don't stand for the Truth.

I believe we should legalize all drugs like it use to be in this country for over 100 years until the Fed (banking / drug cartel) took over, at least marijuana. Crime and addiction, everything was lower. Making it illegal is what creates the "cool" or rebelling perspective around it especially within entertainment, etc. Ending the War on Drugs doesn't legalize drugs. Bills would still need to be passed at the State level for that. So ending the war on drugs doesn't automatically legalize drugs, it just cuts the spending of the Fed or DEA fighting it and letting local police handle what they already handle via traffic stops, etc.

Ending this war is one of the Top 2 agenda’s towards Freedom in my opinion. Freedom of terrorism as well since Americans have no clue as to how linked they are. All drugs are merely chemicals or substances derived from the natural resources on this earth that all of us should have the freedom to decide whether or not we want to consume them for our own health. We own our bodies and should be able to treat it the way we see fit since it is we who "feels" our health. You want to seek information on something, what it is used for and try it to see if it works for you. You want options and the more options you have the more you create competition and competition will lower the price of everything. It's is big pharma or a few individuals (bankers who launder the drug money) who only benefit from the illegalization of certain drugs because when you prohibit the options of everyone by law, yet still allow it via a black market, you are "legally" shutting down the competition and by nature making the price of ALL drugs to go up, not just the ones you are making illegal. So while people may despise a certain drug and are happy that it is illegal like marijuana or heroin and don't help fight or support to make it legal for others if they wish, they don't realize all that is doing is now raising the price of their preferred drug. Once again it's like the Gestapo, nobody cares because it isn't their drug of choice but don't realize how it still indirectly impacts them.

Do you really want to know how hypocritical we are?

To the prohibition of a few drugs (mostly one in particular – cannabis) compared to the many crap ALL OF US consume daily, either conscious or subconsciously or via ignorance, or merely by simply being lied to, not knowing the truth, not even realizing that or do and refuse to correct it or simply SPEAK IT, speak the truth.

Humanity should want to promote critical thinking, questioning, making yourself smarter, helping you focus which can lead to being richer, more wealthier, better food, more food & better health (all free) & not be dumber which is what our leaders or our masters or the emperor of this corporation that enslaves us (this corrupt system), it’s their desire, what they want, for power – greed for power and are succeeding because WE THE PEOPLE – yes YOU Americans, YOU are supporting their agenda of dumbing you down, hurting your MEMORY, mostly of HISTORY so that we DO repeat it and currently doing as we speak and have done on many issues over and over again – to restrain your ability to have great relationships with friends and family, ability to obtain food & great health care, etc.

………which is why things seem very similar to 2000 years ago Roman Empire and we have not evolved one bit - but devolved and forgot what Jesus really did for us & stood for, along with our founding fathers with America & Freedom)……………..

…..All our (your) dumbing down / poor health or any other way to depopulate the earth, which is being done to us, rarely, if at all from illegal drugs and instead DOES happen with the majority YOU consume on a daily basis - their LEGAL DRUGS (anything junk food, processed & not whole foods, man made (not from nature = plants or animals as ONE ingridient - whole foods), diet style or not - all which always contains many horrible for your health ingredients such as: aspartame, splenda, msg (monosodium glutamate) or natural flavors, fluoride, - all many = all within all soda , fast food , pizza, desserts, OTC drugs, prescription drugs, drugs in our food like caffeine & all those other ingridients I stated earlier) etc. which all act NO DIFFERENT than illegal drugs like heroin & cocain (credible sources below), hurting your health physically & mentally that cannabis could never do.

I know more people in life who were straight A students, 4.0, awesome ACT scores, furthered education beyond high school to even PHD’s, doctors, lawyers, to be very successful individuals in life all by being a pothead (to which we assign negativity meaning to that term and only because we've believed the LIES, the brainwashing, the manipulation, the BS, the deceit, the deception, the fraud which hurts you, it's the oppression or evil upon us. I personally never had ever consumed cannabis while in school & never could reach a 4.0 during any semester. Doing so basically makes everything more fun, including studying or learning. I wish i would have smoked marijuana in college, my grades would have been better and probably would have pushed myself more.

Gateway Theory?

There is no gateway drug, everything stands on it's own. As soon as you taste it and like something, you will want more of it, whether that "it" is:
- sex
- pizza or any food item
- sugar
- soda
- alcohol
- cigarettes
- cocaine
- heroin
- pain medication
- pot
- materialism or money

whatever…. we all can be addicted to anything...

If you like it or love it, you will want more of it, getting you into trouble, possibly if abused. However, one should realize that abusing some things like marijuana or being intimate with your wife (commitment) after you take care of your responsibilities of course are the few things you can abuse and it doesn't really hurt you or impact you in a negative way. You can't overdose on it and it harm you like you can with certain foods, drinks and other medication (drugs) or pills you pop. Being with a loved one or smoking marijuana is the most spiritual, heavenly thing a person can do in life.
If you "taste" something once and don't want it again, then you obviously didn't it like it all that much. The only prohibition should be done via your own self-discipline (self-choice, accompanied by education, truth), any other makes the situation worse. Such as.. Somebody else dictating to me what my choices should be. Why don't you stop trying to take care of me and let me decide what is best for me, okay?

Also, why do people always use marijuana as the gateway drug and not smoking cigarettes? Or Alcohol? Although many will just say that leads to harder liquor. I don't know why anybody thinks anything can lead to something else. If it's a gateway drug at all, that's due to we the people making it illegal and creating the gateway theory through belief, lying about it, lumping it in with other drugs as if they are all in the same class when they are not or simply allowing drug dealers to deal more than just marijuana, leading to other drugs. It's humanity that needs to be educated on what each drug does and what type of addiction can result, for instance smoking pot isn't physically addicting to where you "need" it to get your fix, if you it's not around or available, oh well. It's like someone saying no to you on having your favorite food that you are "craving". It's just a physocological craving or something to consider for relief like someone taking a pain killer or a tylenol. Regardless, humanity only seeks to consume something in order to feel good or relief pain or stress, it's for medical purposes. Smoking marijuana isn't really something that takes the place of another, it is something that can help accommodate, helping those who drink alcohol for instance, balancing them out. Making the drug illegal only enhances the availability of it via the black market, more for kids than adults. It isn't controlled. Everybody seems to not like Liberty and think we ought to have a lot of control, regulations, well it is out of control when illegal. We should legalize drugs and regulate them, prescribe them when they are truly needed.

Bill Explains Drugs perfectly and War on them – I like to take it  a step further and compare the illegal drugs to not just alcohol but your crap diet (processed foods with a list of chemicals or ingredients which makes your food drugs) and pills you all pop!

By the way, they are untaxed drugs for the "user", but a tax on the Tax Payers to fight it. Federal government (corporation) gives it to your kids instead of a doctor prescribing it and we waste money / resources on law enforcement and DEA to fight the low level users. It's just more expensive for the and everyone else that doens't consume illegal drugs but the legal ones are kicking yourselves in the behind on that, especially by shutting down the competition making your healthcare / medication from the doctor more expensive. Are you happy with your ignorance / hatred? BTW, smoking pot is different than alcohol and it's really a supplement. I can handle drinking more with pot. Without it I tend not to drink as much. It's great for the next morning hangover. So Alcohol companies, get with the program.

And while everyone tries to prohibit real health (marijuana), don't want people seeking illegal drugs, we tend to believe the lies and advise us all to seek drugs or Toxins to combat natural human emotions people go through like anxiety or depression over something and labeling that as a “disorder”, needing medication. It's the opening of the door to the thought police or thought crime and this person is "mental". Most people who have a disease on the body just need to get it back into ease with proper nutrition which most doctors are illiterate on. Doctors get nothing but Drug pushers pushing them drugs to prescribe for whatever symptom you tell them.

Making a Killing: The Untold Story of Psychotropic Drugging - Full Movie (Documentary)

All to control human behavior. It’s so mind control with our Health

The only way I can see something like marijuana being a gateway drug, isn't from the substance itself, but more from the lies told around it that it is bad for you and as dangerous as the others drugs it is lumped together with, when in reality it isn't and people then may think or wonder differently about other drugs that are also on the black market and chances are these drugs are pushed by the same drug dealer dealing marijuana. It's we and the war on drugs that makes marijuana a gateway drug, it's your ignorant belief and creating it with prohibition.

See, we don't think something that we eat or drink can be a drug, when in reality that is the way we mostly consume our drugs. I watch so many people sit there and just eat certain foods, some taste great to them and others don't and they just gravitate to whatever taste good to them and have no idea as the difference between protein, fats or carbs or sugar or any other ingredients that might be in it or how it was even prepared. Most people don't eat the whole food of an apple or tomato (one ingredient) but instead processed foods, with tons of ingredients, yet can't imagine what they do to you? People sit and wonder why they feel the way they do sometimes, wonder what is wrong with their health, yet NEVER seek to research or learn what the food they eat is made of or what their diet is doing to them and quite frankly, I believe nobody cares, especially when you try to enlighten them on it. And you aren’t really trying to enlighten them to keep them from doing it, but to defend yourself from them shoving it down your throat when you try to refuse it. Many don't want to ever hear that their favorite food or drink is bad for them or is a drug. One of the biggest things we live in denial on.

Your health is simple, it's the food you eat that determines how you feel over the next day or so. The food (drugs) you eat may cause side effects themselves like taking what you think "medication". You feel these issues arise or side effects and think you medicine or more drugs to combat your problem, it's a vicious cycle when you blindly listen to somebody else instead of educating yourself and listening to your own body and really trying to take care of it.

Outside of what you look like, shape, how tall you are, etc. with your health, it's not really genetics directly, it's lifestyle and many genetically in the family or the influence from your friends tend to follow the same lifestyle ways, same diet. You tend to follow the same decisions, consuming the same food choices (drugs). The genetics is the difference in how something impacts someone over the other. To me sugar & whatever else that it's mixed with in what you eat (or whatever drugs you are also taking); it may mess with my allergies and digestion, etc. whereas to you or with my dad it is giving him gout or arthritis.

If you believe what the mainstream media tells you, you probably believe it's illegal to import coca leaves into the United States and use them to manufacture cocaine. But that's not true!

If you're Coca-Cola, then you have special connections, and your suppliers are granted DEA immunity to actually import coca leaves (by the ton!) and process them for Coca-Cola, producing a byproduct of cocaine that's sold to another powerful corporation in St. Louis. In the USA today, this process produces over 300,000 grams of cocaine each year.

Don't believe me? I've got the whole story fully documented using public sources. This is the truth about Coca-Cola, coca leaves and the so-called "War on Drugs" in America.

Legalize Marijuana
http://www.naturalnews.com/032791_legalize_marijuana_Ron_Paul.html

Four decades of the so-called "War on Drugs" has led only to the suffering of millions of innocents, the crowding of our prisons with non-violent citizens, the utter waste of billions of dollars on law enforcement and the (in)justice system, and the enriching of underground drug gangs who thrive on violence. The outlawing of marijuana in America has been a disastrous political policy and an insane medical policy. It has labeled biochemical addicts "criminals" and thrown them in prisons to be treated like dogs.

The U.S. government, it turns out, is actually contributing to the drug war violence!

In an effort to end the insanity, Rep. Ron Paul has joined forces with Rep. Barney Frank to introduce legislation legalizing marijuana in America. President Obama, you may recall, promised voters on the campaign trail that he would do this, too, but it seems he's been too busy bombing Libya and using the U.S. Constitution as a floor mat to bother keeping any actual promises. (GITMO is still open forbusiness, too, in case you haven't noticed...)

Of course, the War on Drugs is a very effective tool of tyranny to be used against the American people. It empowers the DEA and the federal government to conduct surprise searches of any home or business for any reason whatsoever (even without a warrant), it keeps the prison industry overflowing with endless cheap human labor, and it grants the big drug companies a monopoly over all those recreational drugs that are now sold as pharmaceuticals.

"Speed," for example, is now sold as an ADHD treatment for children. Big Pharma is also going after THC chemicals in marijuana and hopes to sell them as prescription drugs. By keeping the War on Drugs in place, Big Pharma is assureda monopoly that even the drug lords haven't been able to accomplish.

One thing that's especially interesting about the so-called War on Drugs is how the best-informed people on both the left and the right now see it all as a complete fraud. Perhaps that's why Rep. Ron Paul (Republican) and Rep. Barney Frank (Democrat) are the perfect sponsors of this bill. Each has staked out positions on the opposite ends of the political spectrum for some issues, yet they both agree that it's time to end the failed Nixon-era policies that have only brought this nation suffering and injustice.

Ending the failed War on Drugs is not a conservative idea nor a liberal idea; it'sa principle of liberty whose time has come in America.

Because in observing the War on Drugs, the prison crowding, the drug underground economy and all the other unintended consequence of marijuana prohibition, we must ask the question: Is society served in any way by criminalizing marijuana smokers? How does taking a medical addict and throwing them behind bars accomplish anything at all?

The prohibition against marijuana accomplishes nothing for society
For starters, it halts the contributions of a tax paying citizen. Most pot smokers actually have jobs and pay taxes. They are functioning citizens -- lawyers, accountants, musicians, administrators and more. By throwing them in prison, you're destroying their own ability to participate in the economy while actually placing a new cost burden on the rest of society.

Secondly, from a moral perspective, pot smokers need medical support, not criminal indictment. If someone is suffering from a substance addiction, how does throwing them in prison and surrounding them with other addicts and hardened criminals serve any positive purpose whatsoever? Today, U.S. prisons actually function more like criminal training camps where people come out as far more violent criminals than when they went in. So the justice system actually ends up capturing people who are relatively peaceful, tax-paying citizens and then turning them into hardened criminals who are eventually released onto the streets.

How insane is that?

Wouldn't it make more sense to allow them to continue to function in society but help them with their drug addiction through a medical / health perspective? Addicts need support, not incarceration. And today's justice system does absolutely nothing to rehabilitate prisoners. It only makes them far worse criminals.

And finally, from an economic perspective alone, can any U.S. state really afford to continue incarcerating people for non-violent crimes that have no victims? Who is harmed with a guy down the street lights up a joint? No one. There are no victims. There is no crime, either, other than the fictional crime the State fabricates to incarcerate people.

A "real" crime is a crime that has a victim: A rape, a burglary, a mugging, or a murder. Those crimes deserve proper consideration by the justice system, and people who commit such crimes are precisely the kind of people society can justifiably put behind bars. But carrying a few ounces of marijuana in your pocket -- or even lighting up a smoke -- violates no person or property. Nor does it violate any moral or ethical principle. It is, in every way, an act that is improperly and unjustifiably criminalized through legal fictions engineered by the state.

The solution to marijuana prohibition is finally at hand
It is time to end those legal fictions and end the War on Drugs in America. The solution is to:

#1) LEGALIZE marijuana across the country.

#2) REGULATE marijuana and allow it to be sold through licensed retailers.

#3) TAX marijuana sales and use the tax proceeds to fund addiction support programs for those small percentage of users who end up addicted.

The results of these actions will be:

#1) A COLLAPSE of the drug gangs. If marijuana is suddenly legal, who would bother buying it from a street dealer?

#2) A COLLAPSE of drug profits. If it's legal, the price goes down. Suddenly there's no more money in trafficking the drug, either, so the drug gangs are instantly out of business.

#3) A HUGE INCREASE in revenues to the states from collecting taxes on the legal sale of marijuana.

#4) A REDUCTION in young people trying the drug. What teenager wants to try something if it's LEGAL? Legalizing pot takes all the "fun" out of it for many young people. It's no longer cool. Kinda boring, actually. And it makes you cough.

#5) A SAVINGS of billions of dollars off all the money states are right now spending arresting, prosecuting and incarcerating people for possessing marijuana. This money could be used to build schools, roads, job re-education programs and more. And don't court judges have better things to do than sentence pot smokers?

#6) AN END to prison overcrowding. End the sentences for those incarcerated merely for marijuana possession. Set them free and end the prison crowding. Save the prisons for the real criminals such as murderers, child molesters and Wall Street bankers.

#7) A FREER, more just society that respects human dignity. If you treat addicts like criminals, you take away their dignity, and your entire society suffers a net loss. By recognizing the humanity behind the addiction, we can restore human dignity to the entire process of how we deal with drug addicts in society today.

Here's what you can do right now to help support this bill: Call your Congressman in Washington D.C. and tell them you want to support the bill to end the federal ban on marijuana.

The switchboard number is 202-224-3121.

If you live in the U.S. or are a U.S. citizen, call this number now, ask to be connected to your Congressperson, and verbally express your support for the bill to legalize marijuana across America.

It is time to end the failed War on Drugs, stop the useless incarceration of millions of innocent people, and halt the tyranny of the DEA and other federal agencies that waste billions of dollars every year stalking and assaulting people who merely want to smoke a weed.

I don't smoke weed, by the way, but as a person who believes in the principles of freedom and liberty, I fully support the rights of others to smoke marijuana if they so choose. Similarly, I don't drink alcohol, but I support the rights of other to drink alcohol if that's their decision. As a nation, we tried prohibition with alcohol and it was a disaster. Now we're living through the era of marijuana prohibition, and it is a disastrous failure as well. Isn't it time we grew up as a nation and allowed people to take responsibility for their own actions as long as they aren't harming anyone else in the process?

Smoke all you want, folks! I'm gonna have a superfood smoothie instead.

Rep. Ron Paul (Republican) and Rep. Barney Frank (Democrat) are the perfect sponsors of this bill.

It’s about ending the power at the Federal level.

Why even have the state when the dictator or fed triumps it?-Burzynski: Cancer Is Serious Business. The opening remarks alone is brilliant

Corporations, Kings, Rulers, all kinds, have always gotten there off the sales of DRUGS. Which corporations today are the most powerful? Pharmaceuticals. The British financed itself, with the Opium in 1600s, same with every other empire. Now you know why criminal drug dealers seek to keep marijuana illegal, to hurt you, waste your money and kill you taking their drugs. the Mafia, Illuminati, Bankers, not just owners of the banking cartels, but the owners and controls of the drug cartels (financing it all w/ that interest) - They are the drug lords. War on Drugs = War on Terrorism & the elite, the bankers, our masters. Central Banks like the private Federal Reserve, Bank of England, Bank of China, Russia, etc.. Switzerland.

You end the War on Drugs, you strip the mafia's power over humanity. You majorly defeat terrorism or many who impose the tactic on people - since you can't really have a war on a tactic. End the prohibition, the War on Drugs, and America will once again see what it really means to have Freedom and Independence (and good health) - which is what 4th of July represents, right? You should freely decide what "medicine" you take for your body right? I don't think most of you (sheeple) quite get it!

That alone should explain why our founding fathers had everything legal and the Unconstitutional War on Drugs came when? After the private central bank, Federal Reserve was established in 1913. You are enslaved (the root that leads to a slave for your mind & the infowar) is that war on drugs, substances, plants or herbs for your mind, body, soul.

Your Tax paying money, selling yourself out, you waste your money fighting a war on drugs, putting yourself into slavery, economically an mostly of the mind and what you believe in life, spending money all the time that always leads to worse things for you in your life. An increase in all crimes associated with it, bad drug use, more problems with the youth, our kids - able to access easier thanks to black market. Constant spending trying to fight and nothing ever improves but continues to get worse and worse and worse. Where is the sanity?

Isn't the definition of insanity doing something over and over again and expecting different results?

I’m not advocating to end the war on drugs just to legalize cannabis and for YOU to consume that instead of what you desire (even though I believe it is the preferred medicine, just being honest), I’m telling you, that YOUR medicine of choice, whatever you desire or need to purchase and consume will be lower in price. Legalization of a competitor will instantly help YOU out with whatever you desire to consume. It's basic supply and demand (free market) economics.

Legalizing it lowers price for the consumer, enhances government income and jobs. Prosperity all around. Think about it. What does it matter if someone down the street in his home is smoking cannabis, which happens regardless of the law already? You don’t realize that any amount of extra stress of costs for something that bothers you is a result of YOUR support for probation, war on drugs, DARE!-

InfoWarrior NomeSaneMan says:

The America you describe in your comment is not the America envisioned by the founders of this country, and it is not the kind of America that I would want any part of. The America you describe in your Utopian dream is as oppressive a police state as we already have, and in many ways, even more so.

In your political delusion, all Muslims are all terrorists, all drugs are all bad, the government gets to decide what you can see, hear, read, or think, and yet not one word about severing ties with our single biggest, and most troublesome piece of political baggage, and prime candidate and suspect for a new investigation into the September 11, 2001 attacks; the racist, supremacist, terrorist, warmongering state of Israel.

You really do need a reality check, my friend. If you want to restore America to the glory of its past, you need to start thinking LIBERTY first. What you propose is not liberty, but just another form of tyranny.

Let me remind you, for instance, that this holy drug war of yours did not exist in any way, shape, or form until 1937. The Founding Fathers saw no need for the prohibition of any drug, which is why the Constitution had to be amended in order to prohibit alcohol. That prohibition ushered in the unprecedented era of organized crime and corruption which has directly led us into the mess we are in today. We repealed prohibition on alcohol but never on the rest of the drugs which is why we have issues still today.

Today’s holy war on drugs is being waged primarily against one of God’s own creations, namely, the Cannabis plant, or “Marijuana” as it is called by prohibitionists like you. Our Founding Fathers called it “Hemp”, or more specifically, “Indian Hemp”. They grew it themselves, and encouraged all other Americans to do the same. As George Washington himself proclaimed, “Make the most you can of the Indian Hemp seed, and sow it everywhere.”

The Cannabis plant was used to make many things, including rope, cloth, paper, and medicine. Our original freedom documents are written on it. Thomas Jefferson once risked his very life in order to obtain, and bring to America a very fine grade of Cannabis seed from the Orient. In his own words, Jefferson stated, “Hemp is of first necessity to the wealth & protection of the country.”

The Founding Fathers did not see fit to ban pornography, and not a single word about any disposition to do so can be found in any of their writings. Indeed, in the America they lived in, it was common for many communities to have at least one bawdy house, and prostitution, though frowned upon by extreme moralists such as yourself, was NOT illegal, ANYWHERE.

Morality in general is a personal, individual choice. It is not within the purview of government to dictate morality with respect to consensual, individual human activities that cause no direct harm to others. Regarding drugs, did you ever stop to think about what it means to allow the government to dictate to you what you may or may not put into your own body and mind? Do you realize that there are two sides to every coin? If the government can tell you what you MAY NOT put into your body, then it can certainly tell you what you MUST put into your body. Think about it, and think “microchip”. The governments of the world do NOT have the right to tell free individuals what they may, may not, can’t, or even MUST put into their own bodies, whether they presently claim the power to do so or not.

I think you need to learn what America was supposed to be about before you begin building the new police state you propose. Like many, you seem to have learned to fear liberty. You, like so many others, want freedom “FROM” instead of freedom “OF”, and your idea of a Utopian America is just as oppressive, and just as extreme as any oppressive, extremist regime that has ever existed on Earth. Well . . . no thank you, sir. Because if THAT is your idea of freedom, then I would suggest that YOU be the one to exercise your freedom to leave my country."-War on Drugs - how our system is set up & obama is getting around it trying to be a dictator unless we wake up-civil war

Decriminalize it & end their power. Stop wasting money making our world worse.
- You bitch about your kids having issues with kids at school using drugs, well, you made illegal creating a black market making it EASIER to obtain drugs.
- You bitch about health care costs and your pills or medication being so damn expensive, well, YOU voted to make it's competitor illegal which again creates a black market (so now two and not one system with control or rules which compounds the ability to produce options or alternatives - competition, which is always what lowers the price, instead driving the prices way up for both! Not just the illegal drugs, but the legal drugs. The bankers/Government are the drugs lords, they control and profit off the black market. Do you understand that?

For law abiding citizens, they must get their drugs from the Pharmaceutical companies via a doctor. and it was the drug companies that wrote the heath care bill, because it's not good for you. You've been deceived to put more of our tax paying money into the drug companies. One way, a monopoly, all profits, no competitor, the price can be as expensive as they want it. This is what happens with socialism!

For people who are smart or simply don't care about the law will consume their substance or drug of choice regardless since all substances have a certain purpose - ALL drugs whether legal or illegal are suppose to feel good, you know medicate you (that's its purpose) so recreation always fits into the equation, DUH. and again, it's a black market that always exists and gets worse the bigger the government gets. Do some research, the stats on everything are out there. Stop believing lies, stop believing crap people say and start demanding documentation or scientific evidence

For one, since the war in Afghanistan, production of heroin (growing opium) has gone up! Not down. along with all forms of crime and money/debt problems via the taxpayers. Our soldiers are protecting the fields, they cannot destroy them and our bankers, the drug lords, ship the drugs into the states and reek massive profits off it.

- We are wasting money labeling people who seek drugs (medication) as criminals and being thrown in jail. Tax payers foot the bill to care for people in jail, not the private sector.

Law Enforcement with the DEA try to raid the majority of the common peoples homes who are growing marijuana or making drugs or people in possession, getting them in trouble while allowing a few BIG drug lords on their payroll (or whomever they choose) to grow it or smuggle drugs from other countries into ours without being on the law enforcement's radar until they decide, creating a monopoly to where all the costs go to them. and since it's on the black market and many people can't openly produce, it has a tendency to go through many dealers / consumers before getting to the end user furthering the rise of it's price.

The British Empire financed itself with the opium. Drug Lords and bankers, always go hand in hand with power and enslaving humanity.-Every war humanity has been in, has been for a LIE. Each side is manipulated into thinking the other side is the perceived enemy, when in reality, the enemy is the puppet master playing us both of each other. They reek profits off us killing each other and don't really care who wins for both are in debt to them fighting the war. If it really matters who they want to win, they merely fund that side more than the other.

You are never fighting for what you think you are. Americans are NEVER fight for freedom, they are not freedom fighters, but SLAVE fighters, fighting for slavery-the new world order. It's a no brain-er how you can tell which wars are needed or not. Wars are only fought at home to defend yourself and kick tyranny out, it's never done overseas in some other country unless it's for a reason you've been lied to about. It's why it's not our business to liberate people in another country, that is their job. We can only set the example. Any wars fought else where, like with WW1 and beyond to this day for America, is not for freedom, but for imperialism or the bankers and their agenda, which puts YOU in slavery by default.

If anybody truly is a threat to you (Iraq or whatever), you merely bomb them and thats it. there is never a need to set up bases and bring in the ground troops. We are not technically at war all the time, we are a POLICING the world, which is not our role. And we are only policing the world, over there on bases and guarding the system all to protect the bankers and their banking system. that's why we remain over there. You are policing SLAVERY.

The drug lords are the bankers. They reek profits and control via the illegalization of drugs. One of the big things we fail to see is that we only associate drugs being bad for you if it's something you must smoke or whatever, like smoking meth or something, when most of the time we consume drugs via FOOD and don't even realize it. Ever looked at all the ingredients listed on the foods you eat, chemicals = drugs. We think that if you eat it, it's okay, but if you smoke something, it's bad. yet the washington post explains how smoking marijuana, even excessively does NOT cause cancer.

New Study Explains How Pot Kills Cancer Cells
http://www.safeaccessnow.org/article.php?id=748

A new study provides an historic and detailed explanation about how THC and natural cannabinoids counteract cancer, but preserve normal cells.

Cancer is an abnormal growth in the body, cells affected do not follow the normal growth signals for the particular cell, called apoptosis and actually helps in the process getting this signal to tumors so they stop dividing and die.

What are you going to do when the next political campaign is to ban YOUR favorite drug because we discovered it maybe "bad" for you such as your: coffee, soda, cake, alcohol, etc.?

Well that's just it, I'm not out to ban your drug of choice, just wondering why you seek to ban someone else's? After all, we learned our lesson when trying to ban alcohol (which is WAY worse than marijuana), that just created the Al Capone's!-Driving high off marijuana is something I wouldn't allow like alcohol, however the argument people make is that you are not able to detect it or how high you are high like alcohol and because of that it should be illegal regardless?

That is pretty stupid and PARANOID if you ask me. Let me ask you this, what makes you think driving high off marijuana is even dangerous? Can you prove it is dangerous? I can prove otherwise. Do ever here on the news of stoned driving like you do with drunk driving? In other words, do you ever hear people getting into accidents because they were stoned? no because it doesn't impair you that way. C.I.A (Cocaine.Import.Agency) ...The Drug Affair (part 1)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQ9fgi7IZSk-You have to realize something, when we say end the war on drugs, that will not automatically allow heroin, meth, coke and everything be Legal (even though I support that since it all use to be legal in America prior to war on drugs post 1913 private banking cartel Federal Reserve and the issues with drugs were MUCH lower when legal). All it means is getting the Federal Government off the states backs and allowing the states (10th Amendment) to determine the fate of drugs. We waste a ton of money for the mafia (fed) to trump state laws. End the Federal War on Drugs and Individual laws would still need to be proposed and passed for each particular drug in that state like California or Colorado is doing with marijuana.

But the reason all drugs were legal is because it’s what is best for society, when they are made illegal, it creates the mafia, which then gets it’s power & that power always winds up corrupting the government and cops, since these criminals infiltrate government. The only way criminals can legally do things in the world is through government. The British Empire financed itself with the Opium in the 1600-1700s. Our country has now become a corrupt empire in the very same fashion. Well the bankers also control the Bank of England, which is why we've lost our Independence to Great Britain again. We are a British colony.

So, while I understand many folks personally may think it’s a good idea to make drugs illegal, it isn't from a mafia or out of control government stand point and the economy on a greater scale.

And if you think making drugs illegal is going to prevent your kids from having access to it, your dead wrong. Kids can get a hold of illegal drugs on the black market far easier than legal drugs. Drug dealers who sell illegal drugs are already breaking the law and therefore don't ever check ID on folks when they buy it like folks do when they go to a local businesss or convenience store & purchase alcohol from everyone in public that are law abiding citizens. Quick Trip or Wal-Mart HAS to ID you, Illegal drug dealers don’t as they are already breaking the law.

Mexico style government is where were headed, no freedom. And the elite bankers will be laughing rich on their yacts around the world. Drug use & issues MUCH lower when legal. Coke in Cola

It’s the central banking system (corporation) that runs the show. The bankers, particularly Lord Rothschild who controls everything.

"Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes it's laws."-- Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild, Federal Reserve - 1913

Who makes it's laws, whether it's Queen of England (Bank of England), President Obama, Bush, Clinton, etc. (Federal Reserve bank), Hitler, Putin, Pol Pot, Stalin, Mao, Saddam Hussein, etc.

And the bankers and corporate lobbyists, the "special interest" groups who LOBBY to get what they want which only benefits the few wealth elite while it's enslavement or oppression on WE THE PEOPLE.

get it?
-Liberty to them (evil, the anti-Christ) is like nails on a chalk board to them. Drugs in man or OTHER animals, as if we are animals. Folks, if you let yourself fall to the level of an animal, that means you can be treated like cattle. That means you can be treated like a chicken or cow at the slaughter house to be eaten. I’m not a servile sheep, get that through your heads SHEEPLE!

Taking the money and put it into Pharaoh’s house. Every one knew about this 3,000 years ago folks. It’s all in the bible. Yes, people who lived a long time ago, documented their history like we are doing today so that we don’t go STUPID. Wake up! Bible is not something created by God, it was written by men but inspired by God. The bible illustrates all good and evil, for educational purposes, that is what I mean. I don’t mean oh lets take something evil that was mentioned and rule that way, acknowledging some piece of evil is great, no, I’m saying this elite is imposing that evil on us bring bible prophecy true! And if you read your bible you can see it!

Legalize the drugs and take the MAFIA rule via money out of it. The criminal aspect of everything. They are addicted to the money in it.

It’s SOFT kill, people don’t care about the crap that slowly kills you, you all freak out about only things that you take, and if it immediately kills you. And people think that is what happens with pot because you immediately get high or feel good? NO!

You may not believe in evil. You may not even believe in God, however, it doesn’t matter what you believe, what matters is what the elite believe, the men who highly control this world. They don’t believe in God the Creator and his only begotten son Lord Jesus. They are atheist to the core who believe they are God and believe in murder, stealing, theft, the up most “evil” acts on the face of this earth and they care to impose it on anybody they want in society to retain their power.

All of humanity.

Heroin and cocaine could both be found on pharmacy shelves prior to prohibition, and there was hardly a “drug epidemic” back in those days.

Illegal drugs only became a major problem during the early drug war, when Harry Anslinger, his posse, and successors released massive amounts of anti-drug ads on television, labeling them as “narcotics”, and linking them directly with youth delinquency. They basically ‘marketed’ drugs under the “narcotics” label, via reverse-psychology tactics, to the youth and poor sectors of society. When you tell someone that they are FORBIDDEN to do something (especially children and young people), it generally sparks their curiosity, and they want to try it out for themselves.

Watch some of the early anti-marijuana videos released during that time. They are replete with audacious lies to the n’th degree, and even going as far as to declare that “marijuana addicts will inevitably turn into violent murderers”, which is completely bogus. Check out the anti-marijuana video “reefer madness”, its so REDICULOUS that it’s actually pretty funny.

After trying marijuana, a person would realize that the government and media had been lying to them, finding out for themselves that marijuana is NOT addictive, does NOT make a person act violently, but conversely, in most cases, and has a strong calming effect. From here, an un-informed person might assume that the government is lying to them about all of the other drugs as well, and will go on to try harder drugs like cocaine or heroin, eventually becoming addicted.

If someone wants to get addicted to heroin, cocaine, or crystal meth, then they should be allowed to do so. It’s their life, and their body. When they get violent or begin to steal from people, then THAT’S when they should be arrested and brought before a judge, just like we do with alcoholics. Alcoholics aren’t criminalized for being alcoholics, and neither should drug addicts.

We don’t send alcoholics, nicotine or caffeine addicts to jail, and nicotine in particular happens to be THE most addictive substance in our society. Studies show that nicotine may be even more addictive than heroin. Also, what about people who are addicted to prescription drugs? Prescription drugs tend to be even more addictive and harmful to the individual than a lot of the illegal substances, but we don’t send those people to jail either.

Again, why does our military protect the opium fields over in Afghanistan, while the FBI arrests citizens at home for owning a single marijuana plant?
