Role of Government

Keeping it Simple

Govern = control
ment = mind

Or control of the mind and control is the opposite of Liberty (Freedom / Rights) and this is why smaller the government, the more free you are.

Any time government does anything, it will spend money. And that is when Government = Tax Payers. So, anybody that wants anything from the government; that would require taking money (theft) from all of us! Now, we have a deficit problem, meaning, we are spending far more of our tax dollars, than we are producing or earning. Now, how are you going to solve that problem? How are you going to re-balance this out? (I know, but if people can at least focus on that, they can maybe be able to think better on what the role of government should be). Would it be smart to tax your labor or production? Or would it be better to tax consumption?

I think it's better to tax consumption, sales (and not income or property), so start thinking of more ways to tax consumption.

I don't think the role of government should care what I consume or put in my own body. Or what I do for my body. Does anybody else agree? Now, why don't you think of all the ways people consume things and you tax that? Hint: You are not taxing everything and many things we tax are unnecessary.

The Essence of Liberty

However we impose the GESTAPO on everyone trying to dictate what substances we can and can’t consume for our own health, for own bodies. It is okay for me to get a sugar high, or high of sex but not a high off marijuana and marijuana is healthier than sugar! I’m sick of living in NAZI America. That is our main issue, Individual Liberty.

I don’t know what too much liberty is because I’ve never seen it. We’ve been losing it since 1913 and it’s done nothing but destroy this nation.

Men who seek power or control over other view liberty or Freedom from the perspective that you are only free to do what tell you to do! Which isn’t really freedom but control or Dictatorship. They want to dictate to you instead of you being able to think for yourself.
