It’s just gotten corrupt. The Judges are bought and paid for by the bankers.
We need MORE checks and balances; more involvement from the people; in fact, passing legislation in Congress should be similar to voting someone guilty of a crime. Every person in Congress needs to approve the bill and say yes. We pass bills as if we are guilty until proven innocent & it should be the other way around.
And if somebody like Ron Paul or Dennis Kucinich continues to hold up passing legislation because they keep saying "no" and it bothers people, then great, let’s air that on the news and get into a discussion about it. Let’s prove Ron Paul wrong then because that isn’t what is happening today. Today, you have most people in Congress who don’t even read the bills they vote on except Paul and he objects to it, yet it’s never heard in the mainstream news and his rejection is never enough to stop the Unconstitutional Bills that hurt Americans.
Note: You will have to repeal current unconstitutional laws first before you implement this otherwise we won’t be able to repeal anything wrong. Follow the Constitution. In other words, you can’t have one moron voting no to passing a law that provides Liberty, only the opposite.
Ventura
against the TSA -
Nowhere does the Constitution grant Congress any authority
whatever over transportation in general or railroads – and airlines – in
particular. And it certainly never allows
Congress to delegate its legislative power: in fact, Article 1, Section 8 insists that only Congress shall
“make all Laws…necessary and proper for carrying into Execution…all other
Powers vested by this Constitution…in any Department…”
The Constitution
purposely divides government’s three functions – making laws, enforcing them,
and judging those who break them – while seriously hampering the first.
Legislating is slow and cumbersome precisely so that an exhaustive and
exhausting legal system can’t enslave us. And the division of power helps
restrain the Feds.
Mr. Ventura
viscerally grasps this, as do most of us, even if we can’t explain the “legal”
maneuvers behind it; he mourned, “My case clearly
shows that the Bill of Rights doesn’t exist anymore. There’s nowhere to go to
remedy grievances. It’s phony, a fraud. … I could have gotten equal justice in
Cuba.” Indeed. Progressives aren’t the only authoritarians to recognize
bureaucracies as the handiest tool for tyrannizing citizens. Communists,
socialists, democrats, and fascists do, too.
So long as we sue
the TSA – or any bureaucracy – for violating our Constitutional freedoms,
courts will rule against us and smirk while they do. The remedy for
administrative law’s totalitarianism lies in abolishing bureaucracies, not
pleading with Our Rulers to defend us from them, pretty please.

Comments: We
sit here and declare to the world that the U.S. is the greatest country the
world has ever seen, when in fact it’s becoming the biggest failure of the
people by a government that the world has ever seen. Now the people serve
the government to the tune of almost 50% of it’s income (constitutional
failure). And, still the U.S. government can’t continue without borrowing trillions
(constitutional failure). The U.S. has become the direct opposite of what
it was intended to be. It is an absolute failure!
The reason Ventura got
the ruling he did is because they don’t have jurisdiction. They are a Corporate
Administrative Court, NOT a common law court. The country was high jacked and
put under a corporate structure. Even though it is unlawful, we have been
positioned under corporate jurisdiction by adhesion contracts. (SS card, marriage
license, driver’s license, voting registration, etc.) These contracts offer
their benefit for an exchange of domicile. You are either an american or a U.S.
citizen. They are NOT the same. The first falls under natural rights and
Constitution, the second falls under the corporate structure and authority.
all of government, federal, state, and local is under the Corporate Structure.
They cannot and do not operate by natural law or the Constitution.
We are all “citizens” of
the United States
Look up the jurisdiction of the United States in law books and it will say the
10 square miles or so around Washington D.C. and territories (ie. Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
It’s a jurisdictional swindle that we have been under for about 150 years.
It started with Lincoln because of the country’s debt crisis at the time.

The Law is against every good person. It’s like we are evil because we can see. That’s how twisted things are.
A Total Criminal System Above The LAW! No Checks and Balances on them and only criminals want that, I get mad at myself cause I sometimes think I knew it all and didn’t research enough. This information age is going to dramatically change our lives.
