Whole foods from nature and as organic as possible, raw milk if you like milk but plants like fruits, vegetables (herbs, cannabis plant - medicine), beans, eggs, animals that should be clean from antibiotics and hormones, grass fed, free range, it's about whatever you eat or consume, whatever it is, it should be closer to nature or GOD than their man made crap they want you using 100% in order to depopulate. They want you sick and ill so that you keep spending your money on their man made failed healthcare. If they can make nature or God against the law. They will succeed and you will have no future.
