That's what a job is really. There is always some training or learning but overall it should meet your skills or what you are interested in. People should lean towards what they are interested in. What we are facing today with corporations or all corporations or individuals who want a business, is new technology that can wipe away the repetitive tasks removing the manual labor for them to save money or increase profits. My thing is to not automate as much, provide jobs, but the people hired for the jobs, must do them. It's only when you don't do your job and people don’t' care to manage others that becomes an issue. People can't just get things done or not, but to actually get it done right. If you are not an asset or doing your job, a hard worker or meeting your responsibilities, then why keep you? Besides, automating something should make your job easier, not have it canned. It should assist your analysis for the profits are still there and they can choose to not hire anybody else. Obama’s SOTU: Government Needs to Indoctrinate Children at an Earlier Age -Battle Hymn says: The middle class = slave class, funding everyone else.
But then, something changed: our circumstances – But now we are told that we are in a “recovery” because those who caused the economic crisis are doing much better. In fact, many of them are doing better than ever! During the crisis, our government’s said we had to “bail out” the banks that had colluded with the governments to create the crisis in the first place. We were scared, so we sat back and watched as our governments gave banks blank checks. First, I should add, our governments worked with the banks in passing (or dismantling) laws and regulations, implemented policies, undertook joint programs, spent enormous sums of money between them, as our political leaders left office to sit in bank boardrooms, and as bankers left the private vaults to the public treasury. This relationship between big business, big banks, and big government (most emblematic in the central banking system, in which private banks with public powers control the very value of our currencies), is what created the economic crisis.
This of course is a result of our governments having undertaken prohibition against illicit drugs (or herbs healthier than sugar like marijuana), just as the United States had done with alcohol, which history shows, didn’t work very well. Alcohol prohibition gave an incredible boost to the Mafia and organized crime in the United States and elsewhere, and of course, included in its silky spider web were corrupt cops, politicians, and financiers. When something is “illegal” it becomes far more expensive, and thus, far more profitable. So our governments have decided to continue their policies of prohibition for illicit drugs: to keep profits up, to support organized crime, to participate in organized crime, to keep the money flowing, keep the prisons full, and to declare a mythical “war on drugs” which accomplishes nothing but further militarization designed to wipe out the competition. – and we claim there is an unemployment problem? The Fed acts like it prevents monopolies? Why am I wasting tax paying money fighting marijuana prohibition when it should be legal in every store like candy bars? Why has my government and the stupid sheeple stolen about 60k from me?
So what do we make of all this?
We are told that this is called “democracy” and a “strong economy.” We are told that this is the “best system in the world,” which benefits everyone… just not you.
I prefer to use another word to describe it: Mafiocracy.
Remember that description we once heard for the system of government we were supposed to be living under: “of, by, and for the people”? Is that the Mafiocracy? We were a generation reviled for our trivial technological obsessions, entertainment enslavement, and absolute apathy. So we defy those stereotypes and step out into the streets, day after day. We are no longer apathetic, and now we are called “spoiled” and “entitled.” But that’s okay; people – especially those in power, who speak through the media – always fear what they do not understand. Now the social gatherings of youth are not necessarily at bars and clubs, but in protests and casseroles (marching with pots and pans). Regardless of the outcome, we have come to realize that we are a powerful force when united, that we have to physically, intellectually, and emotionally put ourselves on the line to struggle for what is right. STL Today: UPDATE: Burglary call results in shooting of Florissant officer (That's sick; once again, the crimes increase. My hearts and prayers go to Officer Vernon & his family.
I'm thinking there would have to be some car in the area because who robs someone's house on foot with an idiot box (TV), unless his accomplices split? Or the guy lived in the area or knew someone in the area and went inside their house?
It seems like the police responded relatively quickly to the burglary call which is good because I've listened to police scanners on my phone for STL and shots fired calls and it took 15 minutes to figure out residence (hence 2nd amendment needed for protection). When seconds count police are minutes away. Just think how long it might have taken to respond if they were using resources and time on somebody who only had 3 beers and giving a field test or possession of marijuana charges instead of real criminals. Hope officer is okay & doesn't receive horrible food & drugs from the Hospital.
If you think we need to keep the so called "illegal" drugs out (healthcare), well that's the problem; we shouldn't have a war on drugs. You think making marijuana which is healthier than sugar should be illegal? The war on drugs has been a failed war on drugs since 1930's and we need to restore this country to what it was founded on. This apparently was due to burglary and that's because we continue to weaken our economy or they may be doing it to buy drugs, which shouldn't have been prohibited in the first place. How are those failed over the counter or prescription drugs doing for all of you? Crap I’ll never touch. Give me Nature (or God) - End Prohibition. Also, watch out, the 2nd Amendment will once again be blamed for this. Globalist still haven't enslaved us yet because thankfully we continue to defend the 1st and 2nd.
It’s really poor healthcare all together, our food and water is being jacked with, chemtrails in the sky, the dumbing down of America through failed education policies by the FEDS or Globalist who own the privately unconstitutional Federal Reserve. We are being targeted on every level. Now will things ever be perfect? No, I don't believe you can ever reach perfection, some people will be sick and seek to steal from others, but targeting Liberty is NOT the issue. The more we increase the Police State & "dependency" via the welfare state (controlling others instead of ourselves), Big Brother takes care of us on everything and this allows for the increase in the lazy animalistic behavior out of people. Our policies are increasing these risks upon our law enforcers. The globalists are trying to engineer a civil war between the Citizens and the Police / Military.

No need to take any action, liberty alone breeds diversity, options, etc. Not GESTAPO. Nobody should be turned down based on gender or race, only if you are not qualified or school is full and then new schools will be needed. It's on the school that develops a bad reputation if they turn down certain people due to race or whatever. You can't manufacture diversity with people trying to decide randomly who they should not take. Address the reasons why you can't take both people and solve that reason, despite the race, etc. Most of our problem is the fact that Government is involved, shutting down liberty via prohibition (laws and regulations) or the ability for people to live, raising the cost of living / price of education. There shouldn't be schools. I mean you are forcing humans to gather, doesn't that increase over population? If someone has children, you need to raise them yourself and then just get them into areas of their interests and learn skills. Employers should hire based on skills, not degrees or level of education that revolves around money. It should be about one's skills & labor or work ethic. Can you talk to them, answer some of your questions so you know if you can hire them or not and briefly train them? Home school is always the best hence why the father should work while the mother can work outside of the home if she wants but she is desired to stay at home because taking care of the kids is or just taking care of the house, your property, etc. is hard work! Now, if you are needing a place to just keep your kids while the parents or guardians work, that can just be a day care and should be all girl / boy. Keep the genders separate so you are not increasing the party or multiple numbers, which increases the chances of people hooking up, hence over population. I mean so many socialists think Government should provide Free Healthcare, Education, etc.. Okay well if many of our leaders believe we are over populated or short on resources, then what makes you think we can force humans to gather which increases reproduction because everyone is going to have desires and fall to temptation and also be able to provide EVERYONE free education & healthcare etc. Well my site is giving you free education & healthcare knowledge if you think about it. However, truth health car is what you put in your body or what you consume (food, herbs, drugs) which are resources from this earth that we have to produce - Labor. I mean isn't some of this duh? The more people are around each other, seeing each other, the more the desire to hook up is increased.
Dropping out is a choice, taxing more and more to provide free education to people who are lazy and don’t want it is TREASON. It’s theft and UnAmerican. It's force.
And I’m sure the No Child Left Behind Act has really helped this problem!
Get the government out of our education, abolish the Department of Education, which is the Federal Reserve (private corporations) mind control vehicle over our education system. That will save money since we have a ridiculous spending policy driving us into DEBT or Slavery! The answer to education doesn't even involve money (a bank or loans), which some have taken loans out more than people's mortgages - that's insane! The more government steals from tax payers or workers to assist people going to school, the more expense the education gets for everyone (the ones not lucky to get a hand out, etc.) and realistically you can give people all the money in the world but their behavior or lack of knowledge can lead to their destruction. That is what lacks in our education, it's knowledge, it's TRUTH Knowledge and sharing or teaching that information. It's working hard and teaching what we know, yet we as a society get stupid and we teach lies or a false reality because we care about sports or mindless TV programming instead. We feel sex education is okay to teach in school when kids aren't even thinking about it. If any do or have issues it's thanks to what they get at home or the culture they live in, which again is not the teachers fault or lack of money. We view sex education is okay to teach, prostitution is okay, stipping, playboy, etc. but reading the bible isn't (that's forbidden in school), or consuming marijuana or medicine isn't, understand? Our society gets bad because we are ignorant and/or arrogant to truth and reality, we don't seek what's right, but seek our desires, which are always SINFUL.
Making everyone well rounded by forcing them to take certain subjects I don't believe is the answer either. Why should I should I be forced to learn religion (when I learned more myself outside of school once having the time) in college when I want to learn more about computers, the field that I'm in! I think everyone should take the basics of science, math and English and then the rest is up to the individuals to gravitate into what they are interested in.

All words on education go here. We must
work on our education. This is the key aspect of why humanity is lost and
asleep.
Great words from red_dust on
Infowars.com
We are easily manipulated when raised
with poor education (mind training, discipline, renunciation, morals and the
virtues), starved down nutritionally (lots of empty carbs, stress and no sleep,
you know like a cult brainwashes it’s victims) and practice a religion that is
based on external divine being rather then internal.
We are trained to hate ourselves first
and it’s very easy to hate others when you hate yourself as a sinner, to fat,
to skinny, not neigh education or to much endless lists of perfections we will
never attain … There is a reason why our schools feed our kids junk food, no
exercise, no philosophy (critical thinking skills), train by conditioning
rather than mentoring, hyper sexualization of our young girls and mindless
media full of violence and sex to our boys…
You are indoctrinated. Brainwashed into believing and doing what think at the time is right. You are set up only to be punished. War on terror is a fraud. While yes people are participating and joining, its all funded by the same people to create these issues.
Great example of how you are lured into doing bad deeds w/o realizing it unless you are awake and can see it coming is something someone I know went through w/ his boss. His boss was urging him to file a false police report. Urging him through email and copied his own boss on it! Luckily everyone knew nothing truly had been stolen, because everyone there were behind donating it away!
People try get others to do things all the time and will try in very subtle ways and if you are offered or making good money doing what you do, well now you know how easily all of this can happen, right? Too many of us duped into doing things that can ultimately cost you, your life/job.

Find those sources on people saying… I was advised to take
out loans, go to school, get a masters or phD and I’m stuck with debt and no
job!

Thousands of college
graduates are facing a student loan crisis.
The job market is
shrinking, and the sour economy is preventing employers, parents and relatives
from helping those who are behind on payments.
Without such an
option, many college grads are saddled with debt and unable to buy a home or
obtain other credit. That can leave them in some cases unable to pursue the
careers they studied for because they must take low-paying jobs just to try to
keep up.
She graduated from law school
with about $140,000 in student loan debt and no job offers from her field. To
get by, she started working at a bank. But she recently lost that job.
Prewitt is allowed to temporarily
stop making payments on her federal loans, although the interest continues to
pile up. About one-third of her debt is from private loans, so she must
continue making payments.
"I do not know which way to turn," she says. "Even once I have that full-time job so I can make the monthly payments, I am looking at 15 to 30 years to pay this off."
And then you factor in the stuff I read with a mortgage. They say you are educated, can afford a 30 year loan cause you will be making that much all your life, etc.. – I posted that in a discussion on my blog

60 million American people’s jobs, pensions and
property are moving into the hands of the already rich <http://www.infowars.com/60-million-american-peoples-jobs-pensions-and-property-are-moving-into-the-hands-of-the-already-rich/>
My Thoughts exactly on one bloggers comment:
1. And what’s stopping these people from buying those same
shi**y Mexican built and poorly maintained properties for a bargain? Oh that’s
right, they’re in debt up to their eyeballs in college debt. Sheesh, I’m 28
years old, but day after day I’m begining to sound more and more like my
grandfather. Kids, you should never have to pay/invest to get a job. The
employer is the primary beneficiary, he should pay for the training. College is
a big scam. Think about it, you’ve invested tens of thousands in something you
cannot sell, you can’t trade, and you can’t pass on to your kids. Oh, and your
investment terminates upon two words, “you’re fired” from somebody else. That
makes no logical sense at all. Then on top of that you take on more debt buying
an overpriced house because the banks say, “you’re educated, you deserve it!
Property values always go up!” BULLSHIT!!!!!
Give me a break! The world truly needs to stop smoking it’s crack. Most
multi-million dollar businesses were created off less starting capita than the
average person pays for a bachelor’s degree today. No way a job is worth that
cost when you can do it yourself for way less. Jobs have lost their
competitiveness a long time ago. (including making your competitor illegal
where they cannot even play ball! Ex. marijuana) There was a time they had a
more sympiotic relationship, you took a huge paycut in profits in exchange for
job security. The entrepreneur took all the risk. Now with job security gone,
jobs have lost their only asset. This also makes paying down a conventional
mortgage all but impossible. The banks hand loans on the assumption you and
your partner will be making the same for that entire 30 years.
Get a grib folks, your speculative house wars only priced your kids out of the
market, and any appreciation you gain out of the sale of a house is false
wealth, because you still have to find a place to live afterwards, and every
other house appreciated at around the same rate. You reap what you have sown.
I could probably buy a few of these cheap houses if I truly wanted to, but
Mexica-America housing has no value in my books. Nobody wants to buy a car that
breaks down on every street corner, and that’s how I would sum up
Mexica-America housing.
