Economy News

Bullet Point Solutions (feel free to skip to the news if you don't care):
- Legalize marijuana, deficit goes bye bye tomorrow. I’m tired of hearing about that or the need to borrow more money and it all being used as an excuse to can more jobs, lay offs, surpluses, whatever, same BS. Government infringes on our right to live, we don't tax properly and instead we waste too much money, they fraudulently print money out of thin air and give it to a few people and claim we owe this debt? It's one of the biggest LIES you are told everyday.
- Repeal NAFTA (free trade, we don’t impose any tariffs on goods that come into our country but China for example slaps tariffs after tariffs after tariffs on our goods coming into their country and you call that Free trade?)
- Repeal all Federal Taxes, the income tax – why do you tax your labor? Production? Only tax when you spend (consumption, like consumption of drugs, both legal and illegal which will have to become legal; plus it lowers healthcare costs. Legalize it, regulate it, prescribe it.)
- Abolish everything at the Federal level, it is a private corporation that is not your government. The real US Government is at the state and local level. The 10th amendment says all power to the states. The IRS, FBI, CIA, doesn’t work for the American people, they work for the bankers and their corporation. It’s a huge waste of tax paying money, all the Department of….education, commerce, etc. WASTE and driving you into slavery. This is the piece your founding fathers were fighting against for your freedom and independence.
- Repeal yearly property taxes. We have a sales tax, if you pay money on something you own each year, you don’t own it, you rent it!
- Welfare: The people are not getting most of the welfare, the banks are. When Ron Paul says cut cut cut, he is saying cut the welfare to the banks and allow the local state government to provide it’s people welfare.

West: Obama Stimulus Made Things Worse (“The president took $800 billion from hardworking taxpayers and wasted it on failed programs, special interests giveaways, and backward economic policies driven by ideology rather than the economic reality confronting millions of Americans,” the Florida Republican said in a recent press release. Citing what he calls “inescapable facts,” West points to the unemployment rate, gas prices, and skyrocketing national debt as examples of how Obama's plan has failed.)

But there’s a catch…the states must guarantee that are there are enough prisoners to ensure that the venture is profitable to the company. – more people in prison, worse the economy. More criminals = more waste of tax paying money into the slave masters. They perform slave labor. We shouldn’t be selling them to private companies and not to mention, don’t you think it’s crazy to ask for more criminals? That means we have to make some with more ridiculous laws that turn good people into criminals. Well hey, can’t grow a garden, jail. Accused of helping Al Qaeda? Jail. Insanity.)

You are still stealing. The Burden is still there MORON. Eliminate the income tax! Eliminate all taxes on production and tax only consumption (sales tax), which means you need to end prohibition like war on drugs and TAX that instead of wasting my tax money trying to fight it which is creating terrorism! The elite bring the drugs in, launder the drug money, then bust low level users via the police state who are just confiscating their own drugs so they can have it again to party with it! Wake up! That’s why you legalize personal liberty and abolish murder, theft, rape, etc.. Which seems to be legal within our government, our leaders living above the law. Our laws are completely upside down.

CNN: Why not a right to a college education?  (What if, instead of getting a tax write-off after you've already paid your son/daughter's tuition, you instead didn't have to worry about education because the government would pay for it? It's socialism! It's too expensive! I want to take the socialism critique first. The reality is that even here we routinely spend a significant amount of our government's resources on subsidies, on what tea party supporters might call "socialist policies." Furthermore, as the president noted in the State of the Union address, the federal government routinely spends billions of dollars in corporate subsidies. If we gave everyone a free ride, how is that keeping the population down if we are over populated and have a natural resource problem? Isn't that why we have a so called "oil crisis" and gas is expensive? We can't have it both ways folks. such Hypocrisy & Ignorance. Don't you think everyone is going to want to have kids? Don't you think everybody would like to be rich or to have everything free? Of course, it's why you need to work for it. It's why you need to take care of yourself instead of having big brother do it all for you! It all "sounds good" to people's ears (free healthcare, free education) without thinking, while the government knows it can't take care of everyone (only you can if the government provided LIBERTY), hence it MURDERS you. Look at how many people are persecuted in Communist & Socialist regimes, NAZI Germany? NAZI = National Socialism, etc. Wake up! Just leave humanity alone, provide a FREE Market by ending PROHIBITION and this gives humanity the incentive to work for themselves, to be able to survive. In reality, providing liberty, you could have what you want, the work requires defending our Liberty from the government instead of caring more about football and then taking care of yourself, since according to the news articles on my energy page, we have infinite energy when you work for it. It's the government or the criminals who control the government that is shutting it all down for us! Get the government out of the way! Our liberties are severely prohibited which is WHY education is expensive and it's hard to "live". My website is educating you and it's NON-PROFIT. NOTE: Education is worthless anyway when you live in a world of Faleshood, lies, DISinformation, which dumbs everyone down.

CNN: 'Strip club bill' a no-brainer  (But that doesn't mean it should avoid doing the little things, and this is a little thing the Senate should pass when the bill arrives for a vote, along with testing welfare recipients and legislators for drugs. – Wrong, legalize drugs to help the deficit and we wouldn’t have this issue. Plus it costs money to drug test, duh! More waste of tax paying hurting the deficit! However I do agree that the welfare should only be used for necessities and strip clubs is NOT!
- 2.7.2012

MSNBC: College vending machine dispenses 'morning-after' pill  (Machine in campus health center also sells condoms, pregnancy tests. - I’d rather them have a vending machine of a pack of cannabis smokes. Instead of supporting abstinence, they encourage that it’s okay to have sex as long as you have protection which leads to problems since everyone knows it’s not 100%. I wouldn’t care so much about this if we weren’t promoting promiscuity, the mistakes leading to welfare, tax paying money or subsidies going to planned parenthood, breaking of the families and prohibition of a substance IMO that is far better to help abstain from sex such as cannabis since it also provides a high making you feel good instead of desiring a one night stand or whatever. Obviously you still can desire sex, in fact I’m sure sex is better when high, but it helps you think more and only desire it more with someone that you love and not a “in the moment what was I thinking” type mindset like what usually happens when you are drunk. Drunk = careless. High of Pot = “real careful”, “enhance thinking” or “more awareness” which some attach the negative connotation of “paranoid”. No, just concerned or thinking things through more. I’m just saying, in my experience, desiring someone has been LESS when high of marijuana than sober or drunk because you have a more sense of well being. It’s better to turn to pot when rejected then it is to go out and pick up someone new or to drink alcohol in order to get over the one that rejected you because YES too many I know “rebound”. “Some religious conservatives consider the emergency contraceptive tantamount to an abortion drug.”

Wall Street Journal: Planned Parenthood makes $164 million per year from abortions...  (The abortion provider uses a vast media and political network to maintain its subsidies from government and private charities. Last year, in April, Mr. Obama risked a government shutdown over language in a resolution that would have defunded Planned Parenthood at the federal level. At the last moment, congressional Republicans gave way and allowed the federal money to keep flowing.)

A one world order.” On the campaign trail, Mr. Gingrich has called Agenda 21 an important issue and has said, “I would explicitly repudiate what Obama has done on Agenda 21.” The Republican National Committee resolution, passed without fanfare on Jan. 13, declared, “The United Nations Agenda 21 plan of radical so-called ‘sustainable development’ views the American way of life of private property ownership, single family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices, and privately owned farms; all as destructive to the environment.”)

Newsmax: DeMint: Majority of Americans Soon Will Be Dependent on Government  (Government = Tax Payers. "We're at a point in America where about half of the people are getting something from government, and the other half are paying for it. And we're on track to have 60 percent getting something from government and 40 percent paying for it," DeMint said on KFYO news radio in Lubbock, Texas, on Monday. "What that means is people who vote are not going to vote for less government, and if we're not careful we'll end up like Greece, where even in the middle of a bankruptcy the people are still marching in the streets for more benefits." Small-government conservatives are "busy with real life," but socialist-minded liberals spend their time mining for benefits from the government, DeMint said."The people who want more from government, who are dependent on government, are well organized and well-motivated under the Democratic umbrella," he said. "The rest of the country - those that are working and paying taxes - are so busy with real life, like raising kids and starting businesses, they don't like politics and generally don't vote like the other side does." and we need to criticize them or stop them from voting away our rights. KMOV: Missouri group pushes ballot to increase minimum wage  (stop doing what doesn't work. This will give corporations more incentive to raise the price of goods or send more jobs offshore. Legalize competition / liberty. The Liberty I talk about is spiritual, what people should be able to do for themselves, for a living. What should be able to put in your own body (drugs). Abolish the central bank, income tax and property tax (which is theft, stealing of ones labor or property). You want to raise minimum wage because the cost of living has gone up which is due to our deficit problem. This doesn't solve the deficit problem. Solve that and improve the purchasing power of the dollar lowering the cost of living and you don't have to worry about raising minimum wage for the few people who work. Create JOBS, don't increase the rate for the few who have them. Missouri rised it 4 times sine 2006 and it's NOT WORKING! Our problems are worse today than before, EVER BEFORE (1913). Can we do something that is different from the status quo? Do what you want with this, it won't do anything positive and our problems won't get better until we legalize Liberty / follow Constitutional Law & prosecute REAL financial terrorism. Stop stealing from me and prohibiting folks from making a living. I mean I'm so sick and tired of seeing the word "federal". A non-existing entity prior to 1913. They just want to continue wrecking the economy incrementally so they can further consolidate it. More here on minimum wage)

Through our government they impose so many laws and restrictions that prohibit humanity from being able to think for themselves, take care of their own health, be self-sufficient or start up their business, instead shutting everything down, the competition or Liberty giving corporations more incentives to treat you like scum. They like picking on people who don’t have many friends at their jobs to eat lunch with because they aren’t trendy, ignorant or asleep and feels most people talk about crap that doesn’t matter and a huge waste of time. I mean let’s not care if the person does a great job, gets his work done and reads a book or reads online when he isn’t working on work? If you don’t follow their rules and health advice, say 2+2=5, you’re fired! Any Federal Law is Unconstitutional and doing any unpaid labor use to be volunteer work, are you saying we couldn’t be more passionate? Are you saying we couldn’t review things in our own free time if we “desired” it? It’s about breaking our will and turning us into robots.)

Wall Street Journal: AT&T's T-Mobile Deal Teeters (I want to explain something to all of you when it comes to the “corporation” that many want to pick at and view as evil with a perfect example. This should clearly illustrate how the Federal Corporation (Independent Agency) is the problem and not any other corporation and how we do NOT have a free market. (btw, I knew they lost the merger deal, but I let the lawsuit / 4 billion pay deal slip through the cracks. I’ve just been so busy and I knew this would eventually come back up, which btw this just illustrates how pissed I am. These banksters are going down. Here we go…

"AT&T and T-Mobile parent Deutsche Telekom AG responded Thursday morning by pulling their application for merger approval at the FCC in order to focus on their fight with the Justice Department, which has sued to block the acquisition. (block the acquisition – not free market). The federal agencies say a deal combining the No. 2 and No. 4 wireless carriers would damage competition (no that’s the fed. Example? Drug war. How about Bailouts? Income Tax? Shutting down farms?) and potentially raising prices, with little offsetting benefit. AT&T needs both agencies (T-Mobile and the Fed) to sign off to get the merger through. Analysts had generally considered AT&T to be too big to pull off any more mergers in the U.S. In order to persuade Deutsche Telekom to go along, AT&T agreed to pay $3 billion in cash, and to turn over valuable spectrum if the merger fell through, an unusually large breakup fee."

On the morning of Aug. 31, Mr. Stephenson touted the deal on CNBC. Later that day, the Justice Department filed suit to block it on antitrust grounds (anti trust, boy they have ever nerve to claim anti-TRUST!)

This means the federal agency (private corporation above our government and every other corporation) sued to stop the merger and because of that, at&t had to pay a fine! Unbelievable. Just getting raped by the gov’t (well the federal corporation that is above us). Stop blaming every corporation OTHER THAN THE FED!!! This just adds to my list of ways the criminal fed makes it's money. 1.) over taxation. 2.) sending our kids to war over lies, every one since 1913, 3.) selling drugs to your kids via the black market (yes the bank launders the money, proved it on my website with articles from mainstream media) and now 4.) Meddling in the free market with lawsuits. Folks the war isn’t with Iran, it’s the private central banking cartel. It’s time to wake up!)

Quote: “To meet the needs of our customers, we will continue to invest,” Stephenson said. “However, adding capacity to meet these needs will require policymakers to do two things. First, in the near term, they should allow the free markets to work so that additional spectrum is available to meet the immediate needs of the U.S. wireless industry, including expeditiously approving our acquisition of unused Qualcomm spectrum currently pending before the FCC. Second, policymakers should enact legislation to meet our nation’s longer-term spectrum needs." - Agree! Get the FCC out of our business, that isn’t free market!)

Okay so you want to create jobs, improve the economy or provide more money to consumers to spend in order to create jobs, how? Factor in the many government regulations such as federal income tax, property tax - we are over taxed so lower taxes on everyone, repeal NAFTA, end prohibition of alternative energy or medicine and other government regulations, the purchasing power of our dollar has declined so strengthen that, impose tariffs on goods coming in the country, etc.")

Washington Post: The real unemployment rate is 11 percent (But it then goes on to say.."And the real un- and underemployed rate -- the so-called "U6" -- is near 20 percent." Now, another thing you can have is everyone employed like in China in sweatshops, but the wages are poor (slave labor wages) because the cost of living is too high and we all are pretty much slaves if there is no competition, too much regulation, too many laws, prohibition. You have to factor in all the pieces of the puzzle and see the Big Picture. What are we going to do going forward? But please beware that most of the time it's life for some bad things to happen, nothing is perfect, so please try and not use everything as a Problem-Reaction-Solution to try and pass MORE laws if it's not needed when all you have to do is enforce the laws already on the books. If one bailout lead to more problems or it nothing helped, don't repeat the same mistake. If you have bases in other countries and creating resentment in others, like we do in Saudi Arabia, then you will see how that is one reason that lead to 9/11. If you already have Gun Control in place that contributed to helping the hijackers pull off 9/11 (pilots couldn't arm themselves for protection against Muslims with box cutters - is the official story if you believe that), you don't impose MORE Gun Control or security measures, but rather you do the opposite. You repeal the unconstitutional law of gun control and allow pilots to arms themselves which makes it harder and less chances of a person to even THINK about hijacking a plane; more liberty (guns) makes you safe, not less because criminals will always find a way to commit their crime. More security equals a worse economy, more wasteful spending, always. Government is not in the position of production or creating jobs, it's only job is consumption and terror. Now, I’m all for women’s rights and all that and thought it was a noble thing like Russo stated, I support those rights however look at the bigger picture. We are really destroying ALL our rights in other areas hurting our country, humanity, the family & this will increase that. I mean after you listen to the Russo interview, the notion of trying to get both parents to work so they can tax us more and now more work pulling in the children? We have been pulling in both parents for the same pay now it seems with a devalued dollar hurting the purchasing power making the cost of living go up higher than our wages and we expect to still have our standard way of living? They can tax us more, get a hold of the kids and indoctrinate them and have already contributed to an unemployment problem, we got real economic issues and this is what Newt comes up with? While I agree you shouldn't prevent the way a family raises their family if they put them to work, fine, leaving people alone is more in line with freedom than control but the problem is that this isn't solving anything but getting government more involved to wreck more, it is making the unemployment worse taking jobs away from adults and now over working the children who are already being indoctrinated by the state via their education, which I thought they were supposed to be getting an education? That requires work, when you are pursing it right. It use to be only men worked, women worked at home taking care of the kids and the house which is AS important as anything else. Now, the family is dying, men and women both work and desire to remain single and alone. Both work too much and is for less reward than in the past and now they are trying to get the kids to work now, lol. Are you guys enjoying our way of life? Us all being slaves? I’d rather go back to where the family only needed ONE person to work.
A comment I frequently hear / read is: “Regarding Aaron's comment about the state being the parents rather than the child’s mother and father, that’s pretty deep. I remember once way back in kindergarten I called my teacher 'mom' by mistake. At the time I thought it was an insignificant mental mistake, but looking back I think it says much more, especially when I later found out that other students have made the same mental error.” Something to ponder.)

Why Are Record Numbers Of Young Adults Jobless And Living At Home With Mom And Dad? - Number one, our education system has completely and totally failed them.  In addition, college education in the United States has become a giant money making scam that leaves scores of college graduates absolutely drowning in debt.  Many young adults end up moving back in with Mom and Dad because they are drowning in so much debt that there are no other options.  Yes, there are certainly many out there that are lazy, but the truth is that most of them would like to work if they could.  It is just that it is much harder to find a job these days.

But don’t look down on Detroit too much, because what is happening in Detroit will soon be happening all over America. #4 When there is not enough money to go around, a lot of local governments will choose to cut back on police protection.  Ten years ago, there were approximately 5,000 police for the city of Detroit.  Today, there are less than 3,000. (And they want to impose gun control? You cut the police force, meaning we have to take care of ourselves even MORE and you want to take my guns?)

Ron Paul Warns Of Federal Reserve Power Grab  - If the government really wanted to protect consumers, it would dismantle the Federal Reserve system, reintroduce honest money and break up the criminal bankster cartel. What a bunch of hypocrites the majority is in this country is. They bitch about how Ron Paul is dangerous because he want smaller government and less regulation. But then they bitch about how big government is and how out of control it is. You can’t have it both ways. Smaller government means less regulation and more of a free market. In a free market the power grabbers would be weeded out by the people. Free market equals choices. Choices equals competition. Competition equals lower prices. It is pretty simple people. Why is this so scary? In a perfect world with a non-criminal corporate government regulation is fine. But in a world where we have a government who answers to Wall Street, lobbyists and the money, regulation is dangerous. The regulation benefits the corporations. Which is what we have happening now. Is this really what we want? Or do we want to take a chance with a free marker smaller government where growth is real, not manufactured. Where money is honestly made and not stolen. The Ron Paul way looks pretty damn good to me, i wish FOX news would get on board with this.
The Financial Crisis Of 2008 Was Just A Warm Up Act For The Economic Horror Show That Is Coming - Well, it is because we borrow those dollars back.  In order to maintain our false standard of living, our federal government, our state governments and our local governments have to go out and beg the rest of the world to lend us our dollars back. (which is mostly from the private bankers, the central bank, who loans our government the money with interest, instead of the government printing it, interest free. And the money is fiat, created out of thin air and not backed by any manufacturing in our country. We produce nothing but consume and the more we print this money, the more we devalue it, hurting the purchasing power of the dollar, raising the cost of living. Printing money or borrowing money IS NOT the answer. Production is the answer. Stop overtaxing is the answer, WORK or jobs is the answer.) And most of the jobs that have been “created” during this so-called “recovery” have been low income jobs.  In fact, if you look closely at the employment numbers that were released last Friday, you will find that the vast majority of the “new jobs” were part-time jobs. But you cannot pay a mortgage and support a family on a part-time job. Back in 2008 and 2009, millions of Americans suddenly lost their jobs.  Because they did not have any finances stored up, large numbers of them also lost their homes.  Many went from being solidly middle class to being out on the street in a matter of months. So I’m glad YOU have your job right now, temporarily, but who’s to say this won’t happen to YOU soon? GESTAPO. It’s more than that, regulations or fees required just to grow a garden, war on drugs, income taxes and other taxes on production and not on consumption, bailouts, printing money or borrowing money and consuming instead of producing goods or working, etc.

The United Nations Wants To Crash The World Economy In Order To Save The Environment

If the United Nations actually succeeded in implementing this agenda worldwide, it would crash the global economy and it would be the end of national sovereignty. (Remember currency can be anything we desire, it’s just a means of exchanging resources. The issue is the laws around those resources that we are ALLOWED to exchange. I can careless what or how my currency is, I care about what I’m able to pursue. I don’t understand why I can’t pursue the cannabis plant, why? It’s healthier than anything legal and it promotes independence or well-being without the desire to reproduce with other people helping the overpopulation agenda (although I can understand it prohibiting their goal since it’s a cancer cure – so it can go both ways. Analysis
Updated as of 2.13.2011

The best thing that can be done for the Economy in my personal opinion is to end prohibition as much as you can, providing as much liberty as you can. Please be sure to check out more news on the Know your Rights page for I truly believe the more we destroy liberty for security, the worse the economy gets (and the increase in terrorists we create). The best or easiest that comes to mind is ending the prohibition of marijuana.

It's the nature of the system. When you prohibit other ways of life that people know of such as being an organic farmer (raw milk, vegetable garden or marijuana (medicinal plant)), you then drive people into other ways of making money that they only know how such as selling sex (or prostitution). When you have government regulations that hurt the economy, have a poor economy, people lose their jobs, you naturally create more illegal crimes like prostitution, pedophile rings, drug wars, etc. and we are shredding the constitution to where as soon as you get caught with any so called crime, you can be viewed as a terrorists, thrown into a detention camp or facility without trial or access to a lawyer, executed, disappear into a black hole.

The Earth and the Universe is being Manipulated. What is being passed off as science is really a religion and our religious "beliefs" is seeking into government and the law making.

People don't get that when you cut the spending in all the right areas, you would still have money for welfare, however regardless of that, WE know how to actually create enough jobs (like legalizing cannabis / hemp) to drive the unemployment rate down to where you won't need welfare! Create jobs, not entitlements which are not rights, but goods that are provided at the expense of others (stealing). Create the ability or right to obtain those goods and that means following the Constitution. Give these people an incentive to work for these goods, don't just give out handouts. People are so worried about us cutting welfare when it won't matter when they have a job.

Repeal NAFTA, impose tariffs, more jobs, less money needed for welfare. Lower taxes like abolishing the income tax to the criminal Federal Reserve Bank (we don't pay taxes to Federal Express or any other corporation, why the Reserve bank?) and we will then have more money to hire people or spread the wealth around. I volunteer all the time to help feed the homeless. Why do I volunteer to serve food to those getting it for free, why don't they rotate and do that job?

Those who support welfare or stealing money to spread the wealth around is just covering up their criminal mind. Playing the weak card as if they actually care about humanity. It's like Rockefellers and the Rothschilds funding Hitler but nobody knows that and thinks they are good people because they cover that up by also funding charities to which they profit off of. JP Morgan actually makes money off food stamps.

Property Tax should be repealed (I pay a sales tax when i buy it, paying every year on something I own means I don't own it, i rent it.)

Income Tax - should be repealed, don't tax production (capital, assets, investments), tax consumption - when you spend it, sales tax.

Who Owns America, The Corporation - Federal Reserve Act and the Income Tax of 1913- Unconstitutional

Freedom To Fascism

"In 1913, Wyoming ratified the 16th Amendment, providing the three-quarter majority of states necessary to amend the Constitution."

I believe we should change the voting to more like being on trial for a jury, if at least one congressmen see's a violation of our rights (stealing the fruits of our labor yes, depriving happiness and a form of slavery- definitely a step closer if not slavery already)

I mean the IRS admit it, what you waiting for? Why do all of you choose slavery?

In Evans v. Gore, the U.S. Supreme Court actually did rule that a federal income tax on certain income of federal judges was unconstitutional.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_protester_constitutional_arguments

Neither the Supreme Court nor any other federal court has ever ruled that the Sixteenth Amendment (or any other part of the Constitution) does not authorize a Federal income tax on compensation for personal services.

Ex.

A group of people who were Jehovah's Witnesses went from door to door distributing literature in the town. They failed to obtain the license under the ordinance. The case ended up in court, and went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, which stated:

There was evidence that it was their [the Jehovah’s Witnesses’] practice in making these solicitations to request a 'contribution' of twenty-five cents each for the books and five cents each for the pamphlets but to accept lesser sums or even to donate the volumes in case an interested person was without funds. [. . .] The First Amendment, which the Fourteenth makes applicable to the states, declares that 'Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press ....' [. . .] It could hardly be denied that a tax laid specifically on the exercise of those freedoms would be unconstitutional.

—Murdock v. Pennsylvania

The protester argument appears to be that the federal government should not be able to tax income from labor because it would be a tax on an exercise of the freedoms mentioned in the quotation. The "tax" in this case was, in effect, a license fee imposed on door to door sales people under a city ordinance. The city was trying to exact the fee from Jehovah’s Witness members who were going door to door.

The argument seems to be that because "the individual's rights to live and own property" are arguably rights against which "an excise cannot be imposed," the federal income tax on income from labor should therefore be unconstitutional.

However, Redfield v. Fisher is an Oregon Supreme Court case, not a federal case. No issues involving the validity of federal income tax laws were decided by the court.

– it doesn’t matter, the FED is unconstitutional, we answer to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is apart of one of the 3 branches of our gov’t. Justice, then Legislative and Executive branch. That is the US Government. That is our Constitution.

-

Direct taxes are poll or “head” taxes and taxes on land.  The Supreme Court once held that income taxes were unconstitutional direct taxes, a result overturned by the 16th amendment.

http://www.senate.gov/civics/constitution_item/constitution.htm

The amendment also establishes that all citizens are entitled to "equal protection of the laws," the provision which the Supreme Court cited in Brown v. Board of Education in 1954, ruling school segregation unconstitutional. (again, supreme court has the ultimate ruling. I mean just like the 5th amendment shows, you have a right to me your accuser, a trial.)

In 1895 the Supreme Court had declared a federal income tax law unconstitutional. This 16th amendment in 1913 (along with the Federal Reserve that is unconstitutional) reversed that decision and authorized a tax on income.

-

Tax protesters raise a number of different kinds of arguments. These include constitutional arguments, such as claims that theSixteenth Amendment to the Constitution was not properly ratified or that it is unconstitutional generally, or that being forced to file an income tax return violates the Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination. Others are statutory arguments suggesting that the income tax is constitutional but the statutes enacting the income tax are ineffective, or that Federal Reserve Notes do not constitute cash or income. Yet another collection of arguments centers on general conspiracies involving numerous government agencies.

My suggestion for the economy & healthcare: Work 4 days a week, yet still paid for 40 hours (more rest) or the option to work as much as you like. I like to work double of what I currently do for the pay (regardless of being paid overtime rate or not).

60 million American people’s jobs, pensions and property are moving into the hands of the already rich (or the “elite”) - Updated (thought I had this)

Bloggers Comment I completely agree with: "And what’s stopping these people from buying those same shi**y Mexican built and poorly maintained properties for a bargain? Oh that’s right; they’re in debt up to their eyeballs in college debt!

1’m 29 years old, yet day after day I’m beginning to sound more and more like my grandfather (who doesn’t sound like this at all, go figure). Kids, you should never have to pay/invest to get a job. The employer is the primary beneficiary; he should pay for the training.

College is a big scam. Think about it, you’ve invested tens of thousands in something you cannot sell, you can’t trade, and you can’t pass on to your kids. Oh, and your investment terminates upon two words, “you’re fired” from somebody else. That makes no logical sense at all. Then on top of that you take on more debt buying an overpriced house because the banks say, “you’re educated, you deserve it! Property values always go up!” BS!

Give me a break! The world truly needs to stop smoking its crack. Most multi-million dollar businesses were created off less starting capita than the average person pays for a bachelor’s degree today. No way a job is worth that cost when you can do it yourself for way less. Jobs have lost their competitiveness a long time ago. (Including making your competitor illegal where they cannot even play ball! Ex. Marijuana or alternative energy other than OIL - and "claim" to be competitive, what a joke) There was a time they had a more symbiotic relationship; you took a huge pay cut in profits in exchange for job security. The entrepreneur took all the risk. Now with job security gone, jobs have lost their only asset. This also makes paying down a conventional mortgage all but impossible. The banks hand loans on the assumption you and your partner will be making the same for that entire 30 years.

Get a grip folks, your speculative house wars only priced your kids out of the market (how many folks at the age of 30 still live with their parents? or is throwing money away via rent & not owning shelter above their head?), and any appreciation you gain out off the sale of a house is false wealth, because you still have to find a place to live afterwards, and every other house appreciated at around the same rate. I could probably buy a few of these cheap houses if I truly wanted to, but Mexica-America housing has no value in my books. Nobody wants to buy a car that breaks down on every street corner, and that’s how I would sum up Mexica-America housing."

The banks created the mess, with all of your support and we print money out of thin air, drive up the deficit, all to BAIL THEM OUT? The ones who caused it? All again, with YOUR support. You support & Vote for the Federal Reserve, the private central bank (corporation; John 2:13-16) above them all, to control our puppet politicians. And you all don't get why nothing ever changes for the better huh? We rather remain ignorant and cling to HOPE

The problem with most Americans is thinking Government can provide the answers. I mean you have unemployment lets say, everybody looks to gov’t to help and you wind up with MORE unemployment. Of course when you have the Federal Reserve running the show, they are shutting down the competition which hurts everyone except the bankkkers/drug lords. Every politician no matter if he is Republican or Democrat or whatever, anybody other than Paul is the same as the previous guy, just the rhetoric is different!

When I read through the following problems and what policies have failed, you should know now what the answer is. Yeah the opposite and not more of the same which is the definition of insanity.

35 Facts About The Gutting Of America’s Industrial Might That Should Make You Very Angry

Did you know that an average of 23 manufacturing facilities were shut down every single day in the United States last year? As World War II ended, the United States emerged as the greatest industrial power that the world has ever seen.

But now America’s industrial might is being gutted like a fish and both political parties seem totally unconcerned. Yes, we will always need trading relationships that are fair and balanced with other countries that have economic systems that are similar to our own. However, the truth is that most of our trading relationships are neither “fair” nor balanced. For example, China manipulates currency rates so that Chinese products are much cheaper than they should be, they brazenly steal our technology and we let them get away with it, they deeply subsidize their most important industries and they exploit their citizens by allowing them to be paid slave labor wages. How in the world does that resemble the “free market” at work? Predatory nations such as China do everything that they can to distort the free market. So why in the world would any rational economist ever recommend that we should keep trading with other countries that are cheating us blind? After you read the facts in this article about the gutting of America’s industrial might, hopefully you will get very angry. We need the American people to start getting very upset about these very important issues.

Both major political parties promised us that globalization would be wonderful for the U.S. economy. Well, in the first decade of this century less net jobs were created than in any other decade since the Great Depression.

The “free trade” polices of the globalists have been an abysmal failure. Tens of thousands of factories, millions of jobs, and hundreds of billions of dollars of our national wealth have gone to countries that engage in predatory trade practices and that exploit slave labor pools.

How in the world are American workers supposed to compete against workers that make less than a dollar an hour (with no benefits) on the other side of the globe?

If you support the version of “free trade” that most of our politicians are promoting, then you are supporting the one world economic system that the global elite are trying to establish. In this one world economic system, American workers will increasingly be forced to compete for jobs with the cheapest labor on the planet. This will continue to force the standard of living of American workers way, way down and it will continue to absolutely destroy the middle class.

Click the thing to read all 35 facts, here are some that stand out to me:

#9 The United States has lost an average of 50,000 manufacturing jobs per month since China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001.

#12 If you can believe it, the United States spends about 4 dollars on goods and services from China for every one dollar that China spends on goods and services from the United States.

(no wonder they have a higher savings of dollars. Yeah, we are not in debt to China, unless you are viewing it as who has more dollars on hand (in savings), that is buying up debt or using the dollar making it valuable.)

#18 In 2010, South Korea exported 12 times as many automobiles, trucks and parts to us as we exported to them.

Once upon a time, I also bought the “free trade” propaganda hook, line and sinker. But then I opened up my mind and I learned the truth.

This nation is losing jobs, factories and wealth at a pace that is almost unbelievable.

Something desperately needs to be done.

Is there anyone out there that is willing to defend the emerging one world economic system that is stealing our jobs and killing the middle class?

We need to debate these issues because the myth of “free trade” is absolutely killing us.

Please wake up and get angry about these issues America.

Bold Prediction: Like the British Pound was replaced with the US Dollar as world’s currency, Yuan may replace dollar in 10 years

Remember, printing money out of thin air is fraud. It NEVER works. Otherwise, every country would do it like Zimbabwe and we’d all be rich!

Prosecute real financial crime, don’t let the criminals kill you and get away with it.

Instead of dealing with the problems that this country is facing, most Americans just try to numb the pain.  As a nation, we are incredibly addicted to pleasure and entertainment.  It is so much easier to spend endless hours staring at the television than it is to get out there and try to do something to turn this country around. America is in big time trouble.  We desperately need a new generation of heroes to step up to the plate.

All of us have different talents and all of us have something that we can contribute.

Will you answer the call?

Ten Million American Families Sliding Towards Foreclosure

Greider says the solution is to forgive the debtors: “Write down the principal they owe on their mortgage to match the current market value of their home, so they will no longer be underwater. Refinance the loan with a reduced interest rate, so the monthly payment is at a level that the struggling homeowner can handle.”

Forgiving the debtors is the right thing to do, Greider continues, “because the bankers have already been forgiven. The largest banks were in effect relieved of any guilt for their crimes of systemic fraud or for causing the financial breakdown—when the government bailed them out, no questions asked.”

The largest and most powerful banks are standing in the way of the solution and the Obama administration “is standing with them,” Greider adds, “because bankers and other creditors would have to take a big hit if they were forced to write down the debt owed by borrowers. The banks would have to report reduced capital and their revenue would decline if homeowners were allowed to make smaller monthly payments.”

President Obama, he says, “seems to be playing a sly double game—protecting banks from sharing the pain while proclaiming sympathy for embattled homeowners.” Greider adds, “The government, in effect, has been sheltering banks from facing the hard truth about their condition.” Banks may be valuing mortgages or mortgage bonds at 85 cents on the dollar when their true market value is closer to 30 cents. “That strengthens the case for a general and orderly write-down now: if many of these loans aren’t ever going to be rapid, then the assets now claimed by the banks are imaginary.”

Roach believes the government can instruct Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which hold some $1.5 trillion in housing loans or mortgage-backed securities, to take a write-down on their outstanding loans. “Then the government can put pressure on the banks to do the same thing. The banks will resist, but they have to go along if the government is forceful enough,” Roach says

Worse, he keeps squandering tax dollars on foreign wars opposed by the most Americans. There’s not much left over to stimulate the economy when the Pentagon has sucked up $800 billion in direct costs to wage war in Iraq with indirect costs, estimated by economist Joseph Stiglitz and Linda Bilmes, at a staggering $4 trillion.

The mindset in our economy today is not to hire people, but fire them.

”The best innovators are learners, not knower’s.”

Exactly, I learn something every day and look forward to it! I enjoy hearing something, questioning it, validate it and move forward trying to improve things, not make things worse. Get to the truth and what is right.

Luckily for me, I’m none of those types. I may play the victim role in regards to the law and government since I DESPISE oppression, but never at work. That’s work, you don’t like your job, get another one. I love the work that I do!

Solutions:

Email your congressman or lawmakers: Congress.org

Vote "no" on printing or borrowing more money to spend. Cut the Wasteful spending. The Debt they say we owe, we do not.

Need Jobs? Need money for social security or even Medicare?

Eliminate the Income Tax. Lower the taxes, the more money people have to hire. Do not tax production (labor, money earned for savings, investments, which leads to capital), tax consumption, when people spend their money.

End the War- mostly on DRUGS and stop sending our tax paying money overseas to the Globalists / Zionist Bankers & their Corporatocracy with slave labor seeking World Domination & total enslavement. A One World Luciferian, Communist Government of Mind Control, Orwell's 1984.

Yes end the war on drugs, for the following reasons:

1.) It will make your drug of choice or medicine that you currently take, cheaper. Cause you legalize a competitor driving prices down. Yeah, i'm not even advocating marijuana to you even though that is the $1 medicine, i'm saying your pills will be cheaper (and food).(saving means to make money)
2.) Saving tax paying money (resources) on expenses cracking down on people who deal or use drugs via the the federal government, DEA or all law enforcement. (saving means to make money)
3.) Release so called "criminals" out of jail from such "drug" use, freeing up more tax paying money expenses (saving means to make money)
4.) These illegal drugs that will become legal (which use to be 1776-1920's when actually use to have LIBERTY) will once again bring in a ton of revenue via taxation upon consumption. Yes, right now, millions consume illegal drugs regardless of the law and none of this is bought in a store, controlled, regulated where the dealers check ID (it's easier to obtain cocaine than alcohol) and taxed, making money for us.

Tax the Rich?

yeah tax the rich, they are all for it and will make MORE than what they are taxed in endorsements and advertising their support for that! That will just cost you more jobs. Think, instead of raising taxes or seeking to tax others, vote to eliminate the "income" tax all together!

I don't advocate taxing the rich, just saying its BS that only the middle class is taxed so that we get poorer and poorer. I'm saying there is never a need to tax us, our income that is. You never want to tax production, you tax CONSUMPTION. You tax what people buy, just like there is already a tax when we buy food, gas, clothing, etc.

Why not gym memberships? Why not legalize drugs so all that consumption is taxed?

THINK

Our lawmakers have done enough! They need to stop trying to get things done with passing more laws, spending more money which is all the drug testing for welfare does, we've passed enough and need to repeal laws, including Gun Control that led to 9/11. You can start by ending the war on drugs & NAFTA and bring our jobs back for wealth in this country! We are bankrupt, selling our souls to SLAVERY. Wake up.

To get into the top economic 0.01% (one-hundredth of one percent) of the population, you have to have a household income of over $27 million [52] per year.

Over 1 Million Deaths Annually, 62 Million People With Zero Net Worth, As the Economic Elite Make Off With $46 Trillion
Abstract: Welcome to World War III

(I'm summarizing it)

Despite increasing personal financial hardship, most Americans remain unaware of the economic world war currently unfolding. An all-pervasive corporate and government propaganda campaign has effectively obscured this blatant reality. After extensive analysis, it is evident that World War III is a war between the richest one-tenth of one percent of the global population and 99.9 percent of humanity. Or, as I have called it, The Economic Elite Vs. The People [18]. This war has been a one-sided attack thus far. However, as we have seen throughout the world in recent months, the people are beginning to fight back. The following report is a statistical analysis of the systemic economic attacks against the American people.

The global Economic Elite have been much more strategic in handling the American public, as they are potentially the greatest threat to their continued consolidation of wealth, resources and power.

“There’s class warfare, all right, but it’s my class,
the rich class, that’s making war, and we’re winning.”
– Warren Buffett, Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway

“Unlike those in the lower half of the top 1%, those in the top half and, particularly, top 0.1%, can often borrow for almost nothing, keep profits and production overseas, hold personal assets in tax havens, ride out down markets and economies, and influence legislation in the US. They have access to the very best in accounting firms, tax and other attorneys, numerous consultants, private wealth managers, a network of other wealthy and powerful friends, lucrative business opportunities, and many other benefits.

Folks in the top 0.1% come from many backgrounds but it’s infrequent to meet one whose wealth wasn’t acquired through direct or indirect participation in the financial and banking industries…. Most of the serious economic damage the US is struggling with today was done by the top 0.1% and they benefited greatly from it…. For example, in Q1 of 2011, America’s top corporations reported 31% profit growth and a 31% reduction in taxes, the latter due to profit outsourcing to low tax rate countries…. The year 2010 was a record year for compensation on Wall Street, while corporate CEO compensation rose by over 30%.…

If you think people in this income level don’t control the US political process, you are not paying attention. After they caused this economic crisis, they got the government to give them trillions of dollars in taxpayer support, and then, after taking our tax dollars, they gave themselves all-time record-breaking bonuses

Considering the first factor, it is obvious that people have become beaten down psychologically and financially. A report in the Guardian entitled, “Anxiety keeps the super-rich safe from middle-class rage,” suggests that people are so desperate to hold on to what they have that they are too busy looking down to look up: “As psychologists will tell you, fear of loss is more powerful than the prospect of gain. The struggling middle classes look down more anxiously than they look up, particularly in recession and sluggish recovery.”

Considering the second factor, people do not understand how much wealth has been withheld from them. The average person has never personally experienced or seen the excessive wealth and luxury that the mega-rich live in. Wealth inequality has grown so extreme and the wealthy have become so far removed from average society, it is as if the rich exist in some outer stratosphere beyond the comprehension of the average person.

In fact, given modern technology and wealth, not a single American citizen should live in poverty. The statistics clearly demonstrate that we now live in a Neo-Feudal society. In comparison to the wealthiest one-tenth of one percent of the population, who are sitting on top of tens of trillions of dollars in wealth, we are modern day serfs, essentially propagandized peasants.

The fact that the overwhelming majority of Americans are struggling to get by, while tens of trillions of dollars are consolidated within a small fraction of the population, is a crime against humanity.

The day the average American fully comprehends how much wealth is consolidated within just the top one-tenth of one percent of the population, there will be a massive uprising and all the paid off politicians will be run out of town.

The next time you are stressed out, struggling to make ends meet and pay off your debts, just think about the trillions of dollars sitting in the obscenely bloated pockets of one-tenth of one percent of the population. The first step in overcoming your peasant status is to understand that you are indeed a peasant. This is a bitter pill to swallow and most will prefer to, as they have been conditioned to do, continue on their path of media-induced delusion, denial, apathy and ignorance.

However, I still cling to the hope that once enough people become aware of this hidden and obscured fact, we can have the non-violent revolution we so urgently need. Until then, the rich get richer as a critical mass with increasingly dire economic prospects desperately struggles to make ends meet.

Part Four :: Fascism in America

Other than driving large segments of the American population into poverty, and pushing the majority into massive debt and a state of financial desperation, there is an ever darker side to what is unfolding today. The Economic Elite have turned America into a modern day fascist state.

Fascism is a very powerful word which evokes many strong feelings. People may think that the term cannot be applied to modern day America. However, as Benito Mussolini once summed it up: “Fascism should more properly be called corporatism, since it is the merger of state and corporate power.”

“When fascism comes to America, it will come in the form of democracy.”

As President Franklin D. Roosevelt once described fascism: “The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it comes strong than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism — ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or any controlling private power.”

Just as Iraq was invaded, the US has been invaded by a global banking cartel.

How far does the stock market have to go down before we officially call it a crash?
http://www.infowars.com/the-stock-market-crash-of-2011/

The Dow is now downmore than 2,000 points in just the last 14 trading days. So can we now call this “The Stock Market Crash of 2011″? Today the Dow was down 519 points. Yesterday, an announcement by the Federal Reserve indicating that the Fed would keep interest rates near zero until mid-2013 helped the Dow surge more than 400 points, but all of those gains were wiped out today. It turns out that the Federal Reserve was only able to stabilize the financial markets for a single day. Fears about the European sovereign debt crisis and the crumbling U.S. economy continue to dominate the marketplace. With each passing day, things are looking more and more like 2008 all over again.

The truth is that this debt crisis is just beginning. There is no magic potion that is going to make all of this debt suddenly disappear.

Most Americans have no idea how much financial pain is coming. We have been living way beyond our means for decades, and now we are going to start paying for it.

and our leaders will always blame it on us and never them and keep providing solutions that really are to make things more worse on us.

They have already basically promised to keep interest rates near zero for the next two years. So what else can the Fed do?

Well, many now believe that there is a very good chance that we could see another round of quantitative easing.

Not that more quantitative easing is going to help much of anything. Rather than helping the economy, the last round of quantitative easing just pushed commodity prices through the roof. But the Fed is unlikely to just sit there and do nothing while financial markets struggle.

But it is not just the financial markets that are having a difficult time right now. Bad news is coming in from all over the economy. The possibility that we could soon slip into another major recession is growing by the day.

The next wave of the economic collapse is coming, and those that are wise will get prepared.
